Thanks for making this informative video. I have a query though. Why did you take 8% as the best case return? The best case can be more right? Was there a reason to take 8% maybe because of past records?

@@HolisticInvestment I think this should be made clear in the video saying that this 8% is just an example. All your calculations are based on this 8%. I think it would have been better to take the average of the last 10 yrs or so and then do the comparison. Anyway, your video covers so many points so it’s definitely helpful.
