Agree with Ahmed, this is extremely helpful and very kind of you to post this. Severe COPD here and searching how BiPAP can be used most efficiently in an attempt to heal the lungs to some degree. Wondering if using it nightly might make my body think it can work less as it relies more on the machine; if it can improve elasticity caused by emphysema; how much endurance might be gained etc. Certain of 1 thing; I dig breathing!
