This young dancer has so much more than just techniques. She doesn't just feel the music, she BECOMES the music and expresses it with such charisma and stage presence!! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! A natural born dancer!!
Amazing dancing. I could not blink. I loved the film first position, because of Michaela Deprince, but this dance of Gaya's is worth Platinum. It is amazing. And she was 11 years old. I know she trained, but this performance is more than training. Inspired.
Not only is she a remarkable dancer, but they way the choreographer took advantage of every varying rhythm, used the highs and lows and beats to determine speed and fluidity. Fantastic all around!
i cant believe this is choreographed! it feels like she did it all on a whim, like a real wild horse. blood, sweat and tears plus talents does a lot to you
This is stunning because of the details- like the shake of the shoulders at 0:28, the turn of the head at 0:34, the hand shaking at 1:06 and 1:49, positioning of the hands and head at 1:32, and that awesomeness from 1:42 - 1:57. This choreography pays attention to the tiniest sounds in the music, which I love. Oh, I would love to be able to dance like this.
This little Isreali chick should of been the girl in the Sia Chandelier video without a doubt. I dated a Hungarian girl whose little sister was a classical ballet dancer and was blown away at the sheer talent required to be a legit dancer. Gaya Bommer blew my mind when I saw her perform in Budapest.
I think it can be safely said, this girl has a promising future in ballet, and interpretive dance. She dances with the poise of a dancer twice her years. Congratulations Gaya.
AMAZING! usually teatchers take off the kid's point shoes add one or two floor movements and call it contemporary, when really, it's still ballet. but not this =) and she's only eleven... unbelieveble
Everyone keeps going on and on about how good maddie is, but I personally believe that most of the girls in this competition could give her a run for her money
+Rebecca M. Most of them could, because they're properly ballet trained. Maddie has great natural talent, good expression, etc. but her technique flaws are evident. It's not her fault - it's just the difference between attending a competition combo studio vs. training solely in ballet for years.
+Vivian Lee I agree. However, I still believe that some of the girls here have better expressions than Maddie based on their type of dance. This is just my opinion.
+Rebecca M. No, I definitely agree with you too! Personally, I think Juliet Doherty was 10x better than Maddie ever was (and you can actually compare videos from when Juliet was 12 or 13). The faces that Juliet makes are just out of this world and incredibly mature for someone her age. If we're going to be identifying the dance stars of this generation, Juliet (and Gaya) is one of the top

Her dance teacher and choreographer is her mother. Gaga was featured in First position. She’s a lot older now
Fantastic choreography and she was fully engaged and at one with the piece. Very mature and gifted dancer. Loved it!
She has a very unique technique and passion for dancing in a young age. I admire that in her
She is a natural born dancer she portrays a character and can stay in character and she FEELS the music
By far one of my favorite dancers
Damn. Powerful dancer. She embodies a horse and moves well with the instruments. Amazing!:)
i cant believe this is choreographed! it feels like she did it all on a whim, like a real wild horse. blood, sweat and tears plus talents does a lot to you
this is just sooo crazy, i've never seen someone dancing like this.
how beautiful.
her mom is such an amazing choreographer!
this is amazing! the tiny choreography details like the hand shaking and the head turning really adds to the piece
The mark of a fantastic dancer- you don't think "she's really good for an 11 year old", you think "she's really good".
This is BRILLIANT. The Choreography as well as the Performance.
Divine*
Yes.. Her expressions are amazing especially considering she can go from this to doing super cute Copellia .. She is very versatile. Amazing!!

I think Sia didn't know who she was. Sia chose Maddie because she watched the TV show and liked her
TheGoggletard sia wanted a child in her video this girl is 16 now
So expressive and so young. She's a true artist
I think it can be safely said, this girl has a promising future in ballet, and interpretive dance. She dances with the poise of a dancer twice her years. Congratulations Gaya.
She gives me goose bumps... OMG What a fabulous dancer she is!!
her transitions are amazing
this brings back memories.. :)
This girl is gonna somehow make history I swear
Her expression in this piece is just amazing !!
I Love Gaya!! Tiene una concentracion al bailar impresionante, de verdad entra en su personaje algo que muchos no hacen! Amo Israel!! Jajaj GAYA!!
Riveting. Technique is expected; however, her personal interpretation of the piece is exceptional for her (then) age.
she's stunning
She's insaneeeeeee OMG
shes in the movie first position!
how could she get third prize she was amazing!!!!
wow! stunning
she´s so unique
Uncanny dancing skills! Why can't I find any more than 3 videos of her dancing?!!!
AMAZING! usually teatchers take off the kid's point shoes add one or two floor movements and call it contemporary, when really, it's still ballet. but not this =) and she's only eleven... unbelieveble

表情好投入喔(讚!!)
for an 11 year old she SO mature when she dances.
Does someone know the name of the music?
I haven't seen many young dancers who can move their body like that...
so many younger dancers in the US could learn so much from her
כל הכבוד מהממת...
does anyone know who composed this song??
I saw the First Position!!!
Como se llama la cancion?
Chills!
A.m.a.z.i.n.g.
Music a bit reminiscent of Art of Noise..early 80's vibe.
Her mum is her private choreographer!
SHE'S SICK!
OMG ! ! !
What this song name?
Nine people are harboring deeeeeep feelings of jealously!
looks interesting.....
This istalent!
Would love to see Maddie attempt this

For anyone interested: watch?v=Gz3AbIqE_hQ is one of my favourites. Her facial expressions top Maddie's generic anguished face any day.
so ah, note to fellow dancers. Fair Warning: for your own safety, do not try the move at 2:16.
WHY ARE YOU SO FIERCE?!
She has great stage presence.
Doll, you keep up maybe you become dancer. Someday, yeah you become dancer. Keep up.
psh i can do that hold my beer
i did it nothing hurt
i thot she fell?
age 11??????????😂👍
O.o
