I usually steal that rack with the welder on it and put it on my ship. Only one time out of 50ish has someone walked in on me taking it and caused a warrant. Also if you are criminally aligned, at the old emporium, on the right side of the map, there is a room with CO2 scrubbers and heaters. Hack the door, go inside, lock the door, restore the CO2 scrubber and heater, removed them and then sell to the fixer...nice healthy chunk of change before you leave the station, only do this if you have access to the fixer off the start.
Nice to see some more love for this game. Quick note regarding the pump in the airlock. It's not mounted wrong, it's just not what you think. To pump gas out of the airlock you'd want a turbo pump. This one is just your normal pump for the main cabin. You should probably switch it back on 😅
