    Big love to all you beautiful people who suffer through mental illness. I too suffer from Depression and Anxiety.     When i got to that point between sleep and awake and very relaxed i %100 felt joyful, happy and a sense of flying. I definitely will use this one again.

    Thank you Jason. When I have had a stressful day I turn your music on flip my phone over next to my pillow, light a lavender scented candle and close my eyes. I awake the next morning with a rejuvenation like I have taken a dip into a warm spring and exited with a new life. Can't give enough thanks.

    When you're feeling down, insecure or worthless, and you don't know wether your hard work will pay off, don't stop working on your dreams ! It really isn't about how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward, that's how winning is done, that's what makes a champion.     I deal with severe panic attacks or more like a combo of a panic attack and an awake seizure I have been doing everything I can to overcome this but I'm not finding much relief. In this moment I feel so much anxiety it is unbearable. I love your work and the emended effort that you go to to connect with each person that comments!!! It is truly inspiring and wonderful! I'm sure I speak for many when I say you are surely an incarnated angel!! Thank you!!!

    This really does make a difference on my anxiety/worrying. I woke up with an awful bout of anxiety this morning and even considered missing classes because of it (which is bad, because I get graded on showing up), but after listening to this I feel more motivation to get up and go!! Thank you :)

    I honestly live this and i use it to get over my panic attacks and major anxiety at night (i honestly have no clue what triggers it) so this helps

    I have no problems whatsoever but this video does something to my brain. When I fall asleep listening to it, I have dream after dream, after dream. I Love it :)

      +Nejra Have you ever tried Lucid dreaming? When you go to sleep, keep a dream journal next to your bed. Write down your dreaming experience when you wake up.

      +Marcellous Mason Hey can you explain to me how much stuff you can do in lucid dreaming?
      I had a semi lucid dream where I rose above my bed and flew! but it only lasted like 3 minutes!
      Is it true you can actually do anything you want?

      Marcellous Mason I did hear before that you can go inside people's houses and stuff but surely that's gotta be fake right?

    this seems to help dissolve my rancid anxiety. that fermented ball of negativity and pessimism that keeps me down like a ton of bricks. It's not easy living with an anxiety disorder, but at least it's sort of a comfort to know that there are ways to heal and there IS a way out. thank you.

      It is true I find having faith helps me through life and with the apparition of Jesus it has helped me more to tell people about it. Music is ok too we need other things to help us relax. Praying and doing things for others and not expecting anything back is very rewarding for me. We can all be healers too we just need to believe as Jesus was a healer too!

    This is wonderful! My depression and anxiety gets very bad at night. I had it really bad a couple of nights ago. My mind would not let me sleep and I was crying and just thinking of everything, so I thought I would try this. Almost instantly I calmed down and went right to sleep. Now I listen to it every night! Thank you so much for this!

      Hi Goku. I suffer from depression, anxiety, social anxiety, and ocd. For some reason everything comes together at night so sleep is not easy to come by, but this has helped a lot. If you suffer from anything Goku I hope it helps you too! I know how hard it can be.

      at night time our bodies tend to relax and yes your depression is great as you are winding down but then you do a lot of thinking you need to blank your mind and think of a blank white wall does for me and dont think of anything else but that white blank wall clear your mind and you will sleep well we need to let our bodies fix itself. It is a time for the body to heal itself so let it. I dont know what you do during the day but keep yourself busy whether its working or get out and meet people by doing a hobby, join the library, join free stuff in your local community or help out by volunteering. Music I find soothes my soul I love fast upbeat music like sia she is a wonderful artist we all have our own music. I wish you well I get depressed at times I think it is a human thing remember you are loved by your family and if not if you do believe in God he loves you because he brought you into this world. You are special. I will pray for you Raina that you will meet wonderful people in your life and they will change it for the better.

      Raina same here. I just had a really bad one, came on here to find my song I normally put on and came across this. Within 4 mins my breathing calm, my heart & body started to relax.

    If your anxiety and depression strikes, just calm, deep breath and say "everything is gonna be ok, there is nothing to worry about". It will heal your mind and body

    the root problem of anxiety and panic attacks comes from constant worrying subconsciously about something.ive delt with it at nights but god revealed and healed the fear that i was holding on too

    For people who may be experiencing a panic attack for the very first time, just know YOU WILL BE OKAY. I overcome these attacks or lessen the effects by doing these things:
    -Breathing exercises
    -Drinking Chamomile Tea
    -Reading/Praying
    -Listening to calming music
    -Drawing/Writing about the way I feel
    -Telling myself it will be alright

      Also I should mention to the video owner, I loved the video..but at time 5:40, those minor falling notes made me extremely anxious

    I have severe anxiety and depression at the moment and one day I was having a lot of panic attacks and I felt on the brink. This was the only thing that helped me calm down so I want to sincerely extend my gratitude and thank you for this. I started to think about my mother and my deceased grandmother, I pictured us on a lovely summer day in the garden having a chat and I began to drift. It helped me sleep too so I'm very greatful. Added to my favourites!

    I use these meditations daily, mainly by Jason Stephenson. they see starting to have a cumulative effect and are addictive! I would rather do these than wake up and start drinking and ruining everything good I had in life. Jason helps me heal or at least manage all of the symptoms from PTSD in a much safer, healthier and productive way! I also listen with my therapy dog. I firmly believe he understands at some level since his breathing gets so deep he snores! which he doesn't otherwise do so.thank you thank you Jason Stephenson! !!

    I Have to take Prednisone for a few weeks and the side effects are bad. I have been stressed to. My symptoms were depression anxiety anger being jittery and I had a panic attack at school and I've been on and of with it all day. I hope this works.

    Thank you Jason, for sharing this with everyone. Our dog is suffering from anxiety and is excessively licking and chewing herself to the point of rawness.     I have the condition of not being able to focus at all, my anxiety is internalized. I can relax, but this pressure, its just there, in my head, and my heart. I will solve this, and I will be brilliant.
