Absolutely love it :) Also might I suggest if you ever wanted to make Gwen like her Spiderverse movie counterpart, perhaps the Holtzmann hair from GB 2016? It has that swept over blonde style
One mod I made to mine was I had takin out the goblin and put him on the fire star area, and then where goblin used to be I placed miles there to replicate the spider verse scene and I moved that window up to the top floor
To be fair, those aren’t exactly mods just customization as they show many different ways to change the figure around. Though that does sound pretty cool
Was very shocked to see Corfe Castle suddenly pop up lol, I was on holiday there back at the end of September! Really nice place. Oh, and cool MOC too! I definitely get why you wanted to enhance the original set, though personally I'm satisfied with what I have rn.
If you want to learn more about Kraven, I would highly recommend reading Kraven's Last Hunt when you have the time. Great job on the Bugle, you put so much effort into it!

For the ghost spider figure, I used the frozone arms (from the Disney cmf series, the second I think) as they have a nice light blue and white design (eventhough it's not very accurate).
The Bugle is already tall enough for my liking. If I had a second set, I would either make the building deeper (top two floors need it especially) or wider or turn it into a generic skyscraper.
if you included the whiteboard it would’ve been great if you included some stickers or something on it that said “The Daily Bugle, it’s Hip, It’s Now, It’s Wow, and How!” As well as a Hoffman figure haha.

The skin tones a little off, but when I’m display you can tell. For the spear he uses, i made a custom one from a lollipop stem and paint, but the one nya from NinjaGO uses is fine too
Firestar wasnt just IN SMaHAF... She was made for it. They couldnt get the rights for Human Torch, so they made up a new character with the same powers.

I might finally be getting this set this week and I'm super excited to finally get it, spoke to a seller and asked them to hold on to one till I'm paid for me and they agreed, finally will have the 2 sets I've wanted recently. The daily bugle and the sanctum sanctorum, love the channel as always. Hope u and family all doing good! Definitely agree with u on the upgrades and might do a few to mine and going to add custom figures too I think 😎👍
I've added more minifigure, all yours like Hobgoblin and Kraven, plus: SHOCKER and CHAMELEON (two mocs but very very good, they seems real), classic ELECTRO (the popular moc, for me very good), SCORPION from Bridge Battle set, KiNGPIN (another Moc) and I want a limousine for him. I don't like to abuse with mocs but some characters I think never comes in set...

So I've just bought and built the Bugle and one of the major things I want to do is get a lot of different minifigures like Hobgoblin, Vulture, Electro and other villains (presuming there is an Electro minifig) and some different SM variant minifigures to create different scenes along with other Marvel heroes Spidey has interacted with as well as getting the Sanctorum to connect the Bugle to the Sanctorum. I've found the tower to be flimsy since I have both Venom and Firestar atop it even though it's only meant for Firestar but creating custom scenes is a part of the fun of LEGO.
Ghost Rider (at least the Johnny Blaze version) did have the ability to ride his cycle on walls in the comics, this appears as early as Ghost Rider #21 (1976).
Something I always thought is that since he was going for the comics style the iron man from the Justin hammer set would’ve been better than the video game style one he picked.

That Mysterio smoke piece is now impossible to get in the UK. No one seems to be selling it individually on bricklink or ebay and the cheapest alternative is to buy the full set for £55-£60 (which i'd rather not pay as i'm really not a fan of the spiderman monster truck)

I added the comic book vulture and the figures from the bridge battle set to my bugle, looks really good with them being there

I made my own version of Gwen and used the Super Hero Girl 'Supergirl' hair piece, I very much recommend using that hair as it give a more Gwen look.
