Sounds like you’ve bought some amazing figures! I personally have a Scorpion figure, so I’d swap Kraven for him, especially when JJ is partially responsible for his creation in the comics
@@Isaac_dbd Oh, OK. The basics are that J Jonah hired (if I remember correctly) colleague of Curt Connors/The Lizard to turn an employee into a scorpion, which is the natural enemy of spiders. It worked, and Jameson covered the ensuing battles, but Scorpion became bitter when he realized that nobody paid any attention to Mac Gargan, his alter ego, but only to Scorpion, so he became a villain.
That Mary Jane figure is on another level entirely, it looks like it was specifically made for that set. It's hard for me to separate the parts from your version and the figures they originally came from. Great job man
I love the figures! I also wanted to add extra figures to the set so I added venom spider ham, Deadpool, Electro (ASM2), Vulture (MCU), a custom Norman Osborn, Venomized Iron Man, Iron Man, Ghost Rider from the 2021 set, and I’m trying to get my hands on the Spider-Man Noir Set
@@TommyCBricks yeah the daily bugles spreads out a lot. It’s great to have a ton of marvels figures because a lot of them will work. I’m about to go to sleep and not all of my figures are displayed yet so I’ll do it tomorrow. Thanks for the suggestion though!
Tommy! I just did this double bugle project. Love your custom mini’s. I need an MJ now. I have 3 recommendations I did with mine. 1 wrap the JJ billboard. It’s easy to modify the back window with the leftover. 2. Build the second Bugle sign and have them on each side. You just have to move the water tower over a few studs. And 3. Double up sandman’s tornado. It looks and moves amazingly. You can put a spider on the wall at level with him. He stands at nearly 12”.
LOVE THE SERIES! I was hoping you'd do your own take on a Rhino Figure. Making your own mech maybe, but thats all good. Can't wait to see how this all turns out!
Something that I would also change is the hair piece for sandman. Since this is a more comic accurate set, I think it would have been better to include his hair piece from most of his other sets.
Yay! I love mini figures and since I don’t have much money cause I’m still a student in 8th grade, so getting all these parts for the build might be hard, but minfigures I can do! And maybe if I get some more money for my birthday I can start ordering parts from bricklink to build along with you! Loving this series keep it up!
I’m also in 8th grade! I recently got the daily bugel and not for Christmas or anything. I just asked my dad and paid him 200 and I’m currently working the rest off doing chores! I think you could probably do something similar
I have an idea for Electro, use a classic Stormtrooper head with the black around their face and the Atlantean Guard helmet from the Justice League sets
Another thing you can do is make an Electro more like the ultimate comic/TASM 2 Electro, which is much simpler. I did it by combining the first order officer uniform from Star Wars, the hydro man head from the Far From Home set, and a normal lightning piece.
I personally, would've given blade either 2017 Gamora's legs, 2012 Hawkeye's, Palpatine's, or the CMF highway man's. Excited to see what you do with the road plates you teased.
One character I feel like they should have added is The Lizard. Curt Corners is on the giant TV on the outside of the building so it woulda been nice to see him linked to the set even more.
i think MJ, Harry (regular appearance and New Goblin outfut), and Eddie Brock (normal appearance since venoms already there) being officially in the set would've been great
For ghost spider/ spider gwen I would use the legs from ballerina Batman from his cmf, IK they’re the wrong colour but they atleast have the ballerina slippers on
The other ghost rider figure is NOT based on the agents a shield version, it's based on the comics version. His skull is still more skull like than the figure, however it is nothing like how the show did it, it's mechanical looking
I think it would have made more sense to have one of the exploded Windows facing inwards then rebuild it because like where did he come from was he just like in the building already?
I got this set a few months ago but haven’t built it cause I’ve been trying to move but I instantly bought the green mysterio piece, and I’m having Deadpool, Stan lee, and a light kit for it come in before I move.
I know I am way to late, but for daredevil I put the dual molded legs from the Santa figure and added some black hands with the hand cuff technique to add some detail I guess to him.
You're absolutely right that the set should have included a Mary Jane Watson figure. But I'm not sure you needed to change the head; the dimples on the original MJ head are an iconic part of her classic design. All the rest of your changes are excellent though.
That set with Mysterious and Doc Ock is awesome. I didn’t care for the truck but getting Spider-Man, Mysterio, Spider-Gwen, Doc Ock, AND two drones that match Far From Home is awesome. Wal Mart has it now around $32
This video is honestly really helpful! That mysterio smoke is incredible! I plan on picking up this set in the next week or so because my local store has had it in stock for awhile, but I already ordered the smoke and hand energy things because it fits so well! The set will also finally give me somewhere to put my deadpool that I've had sitting on a shelf for years bc he was too pretty not to have out
You should definitely use the farmer cmf arms for Mysterio, it has a light green and dark green checkered pattern that I think adds a bit of subtle detail
Here's a Bright Idea, How about use the Beanie Model of Spider-Man's Mask so it look's so detailed and Hanging on to Peter Parker's Hand. (Also a Stan Lee Cameo Minifigure)
I recently got the Daily Bugle the week before & I too added more minifigures. I also added some extra minifigures that I stored from sets that included repeated characters, mixed & matched parts & made my own custom Lego minifigures to make them look like every day New Yorkers

I'd go for a more classic Doc Ock personally, but I'm not sure what tentacles I'd stick with. I'd go with the classic Vulture as most his versions are more akin to the Homecoming giant mechanical wings - or literally are those wings. Def. toss in Scorpion and Kraven from the bridge set. Now personally, I'd go with the Green Goblin from that set too in the lighter purple to stick with my more "classic" looks. So with you on the Mysterio smoke effects. I might tone down the Venom and Carnage tendrils a bit. And then, of course, the big ones - the still not produced: can we pleeeeease finally get classic comic Electro, Shocker, Morbius, Chameleon, and big figs for Lizard, Rhino, and Kingpin? I know they did Beetle, but that was the Ultimate version. They're so killing me with all the Venom's. Like...enough. Then I think I'd actually also toss in some more Marvel cameos for comic versions of Wolverine, Cyclops, Storm, Deadpool, Magneto, Thor, MODOK, Falcon, Cap, Hulk (I think even some MCU ones can work for comic based - he's not THAT different). Red Skull, and Dr. Doom. There really aren't that many comic based Marvel sets sadly.
