How's everything going with the phone? Any problem to know about?
How about notifications and always on display notifications?
Even though i own an S24U, you can't beat the bigger sensors on the Oppo most of the time, it's also a gorgeous phone
I switched to this FROM the S24U... yeah I'm crazy like that LOL
If the quality from 5-10x (ideally 5-15x) is ok, the change was not that bad I guess.....
However, I still don't understand how some GCams (with good configs) capture pictures from the 3x that look like they have twice the resolution, without even upscaling to 12mp.
While Samsung can't make a better picture from its own camera... It's a total mystery!
And this 3x is there for years... 🤷
Does oppo find x7 is optimized on socmed apps just like samsung s23/24 or iphone?

Oppo is a much much better! Unfortunately I have S24 ultra and I have a very strong noise from all camera sensors. It's a big problem for me, the photos are terrible. Okay, the iphone is noisy, but samsung...:(
I also have an old Huawei P30 pro in excellent condition for more than 4.5 years and it takes better photos than the S24 ultra with the main camera and ultrawide camera, with much less noise. How so?! Great comparison)
I didn't realise this before testing all the zoom lenses... it's very bad, I hope Samsung will fix this with time.

Thank you for this zoom comparison. I believe both phones might have had a camera software update since this video. Could we have a post-software release comparison of these 2 phones? Also, could you include macro shots - taken with the ultra wide lenses? I think there are some interest in macro photography results as well as zoom photography one. Thanks again

Please, install GCAM (AGC) on both devices and make new video to compare the full capabilities of both devices. In current case, the cameras and apps are compared.
GCAM will give much more benefits and will exclude the influence of the different camera applications.
I just can't stand the 'halo' effect on the S24U shots. It's extremely obvious at 30x, but it's also present at 10x shots. I think the Oppo looks a lot more natural even if it has a tiny bit more noise. If Samsung fixes that they will be very very close.

@@VelianSpeaksTech Samsung have that in 1x also, around the tree branches and so on.....looks very ugly to me. And in that comparison I'd choose Oppo instantly, to me it wins 9/10 scenarios. I can only image the massacre at night...
I know it better. However, the software support killed it. That oppo find x7 easy to get here with very low price 600usd for 512gb on luanch day.

Tnx! Is there a way to disable auto lense switch in the stock camera?
Right now, the phone chooses the best lense in low light conditions and very often, you get 3x shots from the main camera or 6x from the 3x camera.
@@VelianSpeaksTech as i heard, you can disable auto lenses switch by using master mode. But there will be another algorithms...
Yes, but the master mode uses different iso and shutter, and sometimes the cokirs even are a bit off... "(
@@VelianSpeaksTech unfortunately there's no other tweak. Only trying writing to Oppo support with this issue
Samsungs camera software needs to be much much better. It's not on pair with hardware. But with same problems every single year, I doubt it will happen any time soon

The 3X optical camera is not a high megapixel camera. When was the last time Samsung ever upgraded those cameras, the ultra wide and the 3X? When you zoom in on those cameras you are not going to get any better quality
