It's like they nerfed moonveil, to then buff it with Rellana's Cameo... Just so moonveil users have to wait a second before using it... Limiting their brainless spamming capabilities. Btw not all moonveil users. 😁 I use it very sparingly.

True moonveil did bounce back but I plan to use sword of night and flame for stance damage
