- I decided to launch the kayak a little more up river than I normally do. Still trying to figure out the fastest ways to reach the spots I'm targeting. And as an added bonus there is plenty of man made structure around to cast into.
With the thought of a whopping big fish on my mind I set off first to the port, hoping that throwing around a large bait on my bigger setup would entice a bite. Sadly I think I would have better results in the futures fishing with live bait. So next on my list is a Cast Net. I think this will be key to attracting the big boys.
After failing at the Port, it was back to old faithful to build back up my confidence and it wasn't long before I had a few on the chew.

Yeah I must say, I wanted a Kayak for years. I was pretty anxious to go on the water in such a small vessel. Now I love it. Cheers for your message mate 👍
