one doubt when we write angular momentum it’s formula is m(rcm * vcm) + I com W , bht if the point about which we are writing angular momentum is moving with some velocity then do we need to take relative Vcm ? 2) if the point is in non inertia L frame then will the angular momentum formula change ?3) if we are in rotating frame of reference what changes will we observe in angular momentum
