Im hoping "the perfect mech" isnt a thing and it's all situational, tanky mech makes this boss easier but not for other missions etc etc.

My mane, the whole point of the games is to keep costumizing your mech depending on the type of missions.
Also this franchise has a debt system, as in you accumulate debt after every mission, not really something you would see in a "power fantasy".
We need more trailers like this. So many gameplay trailers cut around the place like crazy instead of showing specific snippets in full. Really appreciate this.

Most people in the west didn’t even know this series existed.
This didn't make me want to play it at all. If anything it made me wish we got another Bloodbourne instead. This looks really bland.

I'm loving the pace of it. Not too fast - the mechs feel heavy. That's the right direction imo. Like classic Armored Core.
Classic armor core is non stop movement with enemies that actually take a step, and every boss battle was against another Raven, not some huge thing that swings at you and barely moves. :/

Ds2 wasn't too bad either. It was arguably still a great game.

Still love this trailer; now just wondering who in their right mind mostly holds still in their giant robot when the even more gigantic foundry robot with chainsaws for _knuckled fists_ decides to raise those hands to throw them.
typical souls mistake, the player thought they had enough distance to not get hit from melee attacks and then the boss does that thing where they hold their arms up for too long then lunge forward much farther than you expected
@@lgmascoYeah, it actually felt very familiar. As a first time player of armored core that gives me confidence my souls experience will apply somewhat.
Oh man it looks so fluid. And U know fromsoft will not only deliver on everything they promise but the game will be in a polished state on release. They really put other companies to shame.
Ehhh lots of people had major bugs with Elden Ring on release so I'd hold on to that thought.

Mech games have always been around. Gundam, Mechwarrior, etc... However, Armored Core is a different beast.

Always been a mech fan of AC. Mech always been popular in the eastern, but not in the western, sadly. So hopefully this will make more appeal for the western audience.

@@DREAMGUYX No, the lockon in this game isn't something the older games had. This is what he means by ZoE. AC has never had close range camera lock like AC6 has. Stop being nerds and harassing people complimenting the game.
