Brought back fond memories for me Trev, love that town! The Cambodian people are so very nice, good food, cheap beer, epic temples, can't wait to go back again!
Great video. I was in Walking Street 5 years ago. I loved it. Cambodian people remind me of the Thai people, so friendly and happy. That woman who sold you the shirt was so sweet.
I recently spent 10 weeks in Seam Reap , studio apartment was $170 US a month , on a monthly rental , Air Con electricy , was $100 US a month , Imported goods at Angkor supermarket, expensive , local food , and produce , very reasonable
Was there a couple years ago. Ankor wat and pub street. There’s 3 temple bars. One on pub street is loud. The smaller a few blocks away on the corner is quiet, half outdoors and they have acoustic guitar and a singer at night. Intimate. Best city in Cambodia imo.
Went there 2 years ago, caught the minibus from sucumvit road cost 500 baht to the border, then taxi to seam reap, £25 as I recall, $20 dollars a night for guesthouse just over the road from pub street, great atmosphere and vibe, real friendly people one to remember
Great walkabout, Trev ! Change of scenery to get out the city is allways cool. Pub Street actually looks nice in the daytime when compared to Walking Street. Will Buzzin organize trips to Cambodja ? Definitely worth a visit.
I rate Cambodia better for cost of living but Patts has a well established ExPat community which is priceless. Cambodians also study English at school which makes communication easier.
Hi Trevor nice one mate and the Cambodian are very friendly and i'm surprised they actually speak good english maybe even better then in Pattaya if i look at the video between the 2 places or it's relatively the same just to me all the woman's who sells shirts and the motorbike driver seems speak better English then the one in Pattaya i remember that you said that most of motorbike drivers in Pattaya don't speak English. Cambodia look very beautiful and relax place thanks for sharing that i wish you a excellent day Trev and take care and stay safe my friend sawatdeekhrap kopkounmakkrap. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Cambodia may be cheaper when it comes to accommodation and alcohol, but you didn't mention the most crucial cost factor. Female company, because of which most foreigners travel to Thailand. At least 70% of my monthly budget is due for this in Pattaya. In addition, from your video I don't see that there are anywhere near as many offers in this regard in Siem Reap as in Pattaya.
Sir,,commodore,,Trevor,,I will be visiting Cambodia,,only if you open a "The flat buzzin lounge,,bar" ,,there and bring some of your nice girls 👧 😉 😀,,!!! Deal???😊😊😊

Love Cambodia..visited 10+ times. One new year in Siem Reap it was like Times Square in New York. In fact, looking to book now after watching this !

Once I am living in Thailand - Cambodia is now on the list.
