Hi! I'm starting to learn how to linocut, and I have to say your channel has been incredibly helpful, because you get to see how you make your decisions directly on the lino. Also, I'm very envious of your carving technique. I watch your videos over and over to figure out how you make detail, shading and tonal shifts look so natural.

I don’t share your pessimism. I find the story telling of the bird in peril over plays the different zones you are worrying about.
