I just installed some Legend REVO A on my Street Glide. The instructions said to discard the flat washer. I believe it prevents the shock from pivoting to prevent binding. Perhaps Dyna applications are different. 🤷🏻♂️

Not at all similar my man this is an in ternal he nitrogen charged cartridge set up it’s much different than those. I have other videos on how to build a Stunt bike on building a set up of that front end though
I have a couple snap on digital torque wrenches and still find my myself going back to the one you have. Also I have those bars the ano is super shitty and fades in a couple months just a heads up.
“Torque to service manual”. Perfect!, service manual doesn’t have any cuss words in it either so it’s PG friendly and also doesn’t have a sense of humour in it so it’s perfect🙄
I’m not really sure what you’re talking about I think you’re talking about the cup the bottom out cup only come with one. Depends on what bottle you have though you might not need them

Love your videos, but I was told by Legend Susp that when mounting the rear shocks not to use those big OEM washers as you did, because they have spherical bearings and they need to move, correct me if I am wrong, Thanks.
They have the AN spacer in between the washer and the shock mount so the shock can move freely, it doesn’t matter if you use it or not, it’s how you use it. The shock just has to be able to rotate side to side freely. I’ve put a couple thousand sets on
Neat suspension job, so is the dyna front conversion the move to make if you wanted to bring up the bike up front? 5 inches or so seems to be quite significant. And is that just with touring bikes? I'd love to see how this build turns out. Kind of a mock job for what you wanna do to yours down the road, I bet!

It’s all about what compression you have set up the duration for that compression there’s a lot to it and putting a big ass cam in that motor would probably run like shit unless you crank the compression way up. 475 Is the set up for that motor

Hmm. Shim bagger calipers? I put a set on a dyna. Left side went right in. Right side I had to actually trim the caliper mount about 1/8. Interesting.

Been running them for years never had any problems. If you leave the bike out in the sun a lot anodize always going to fade

We have caliper shim packs. Or thin washers if you have them. We measure with feeler gages then shim accordingly.

Are those seats needed for the new softails? Just got my kit in for my m8 streetbob. My kit only had the carts and oil. No new rod seat thing.

Honestly you could do this with any bagger 49 mm front end. I just like the look of the Dyna legs a lot better
So what you have now: 14” on the back and plus 2-3” on the front on stock wheels?
13” in the rear 2” front
