Daily Dose of Encouragement: OT Death of Moses, September 5, 2024.

Our topic for this morning is “The Death of Moses.” Our text is Deuteronomy 34. Deuteronomy 34:5 states this, “And Moses the servant of the Lord died there in Moab, as the Lord had said.”
Moses died before the children of Israel entered the promised land. Yet, there was no greater leader of God's people than him. Why was he great? Because he was a man of God's word. He lived by and communicated to the people, God's word. Because of his faithfulness to God's word, he entered into a even better promised land, heaven. May we also have a burning desire for God's word. Have a great day.
