If farmers get loan waivers, subsidized fertilizers, Minimum support price and NO tax on agricultural income then Govt has every right to impose export restrictions. If they don't avail any of those benefits then govt has no business in imposing export restrictions

Bharat is used interchangably at times especially when Govt reports are in Hindi. But India is better and more inclusive as some people are culturally not familiar with Bharat name eg. Kashmiris, North East states like Nagaland.
