"Paul Kelly" 2 star pickets hammered into the ground, two flat plates with two 45deg pins on it, to fit into the star picket holes(height adjusting) One with a bit of pipe to accept your cross piece, the other with a half pipe to be able to lift it off. You can then rotate your meat as required.

She is 15 and was a little shocked initially when the lamb was being setup but came around when she saw the finished product. We’ll done mate - I gotta say I would have loved to have been there helping with the lamb :)

Paul Kelly suggests use a round stainless steel pole making it east to rotate which will save cooking your Mum at the same time!! Great Episode
