Thank you so much for reacting to this version 😍 These guys are dedicated to the group and to each other ohne dich was written after they almost broke up.. it explains that they all stick together..nothing gets passed unless all 6 agree...if someone is having problems they will postpone whatever they are doing to help that person..these 6 men have known each other in one way or another since before Rammstein was formed in 1994. The same 6 have been together ever since..never a replacement or change in lineup.

That's not the proper version. The official album version is better. This version is too harsh and not refined. This is demo or something. Also the official music video is perfect for the song and should be seen.
The orinal-Version of this Song is a littel bit slower and acoustically (especially the end part) different. One on the Best power ballad of this Band. Whatch this live, then you can see Till's vocal talent

I'll stick with it, even though some will disagree with me once again, for me the song is about how someone describes their drug addiction. "I can't be without you" and " with you I'm also alone". "Without you I count the hours" and " with you the seconds. They are not worth it".
Still saying you should listen to Puhdys "Wut will nicht sterben". Just look up "puhdys wut will nicht sterben, english" for a version that has the english as well as German lyrics.
This beta version is - I'd say - inferior to the original one, which featured increasing emotional load at each chorus. This version starts with the strongest one and doesn't go any further - and, in my opinion, that decreases the emotions.
don't get me wrong I really appreciate u taking ur time to understand the lyrics (especially when seeing others reacting) but sometimes u do overinterprete a bit ^^ wich is basically a good thing, developing theories can always lead up to some great new thought but sometimes it's just a song u have to absorb and feel ... u should really watch ze video to zis song ... oh and the video to Sonne

Yea that beta gives a pretty interesting insight how a song can change till everyone gives his ok for the release and they changed it just perfectly.

This one is actually the "original" version, it was supposed to be on Mutter but they ditched it as they already had Mutter as a slow song.
