You laid your 2x4 floor girders wrong. It should be the the 4" side vertical, not the 2" side. You just effectively reduced its strength by half. And you should have nailed them to the posts, not just propped by some thin lumber like that. OMG
@DillonMcClure better, 6" deep girders tying the posts, then 4" deep girders over them at 3' or 4' spacing, then 3" deep joists over them at 2' spacing for nailing the floor boards into

If painting inside, hardiflex is a better option over plywood.
Very expensive compared to plywood man, plywood will be primed and painted with 2 coats ❤️
