Very nice home and and very big house ..
It’s a good size for us and easy to clean 😊
Hi Dillon. You have mentioned about the thickness of the roof. At least 0.5 mm thickness. 0.4 mm-thick roof can easily be ripped of by strong winds. That was the guy mentioned guy when Anne touch the sample roof sheets in front of her. The black crocodile plywood they are talking about is the phenolic plywood.and its good that the carpenter suggests 0.5 mm thickness for the flooring. But for me it is much better if its 3/4 inches to 1 inch thick. Tho it would cost more. The phenolic plywood is also great as external walls, because it is much resistant to dry and moist conditions. The umbrella nail is a type of nail for roofs. In your last video , isuggested for a wood tex screw rather than umbrella nails, because it has better grip due to the screw threads.
Based on the costs of 0.5 inch thick phenolic plywood in your area, the price is almost doubled compared here in our aurora province, a 7 hr drive away from Manila. I guess it's because palawan is an island province, that's why the cost of construction materials is a bit expensive.
Thanks for all the great information it's a balance of cost and quality for us 😀, I'm hoping the roof will last at least 5 years without trouble.
Also if available use Stainless Steel screws to prevent rusting on roof
Hi Dillon ❤ have great time
Thanks, you too!
Nice place❤
Wow.....i admire this vlog ..pls dont skip advertisement..a littoe way that can help them.Gid bless ...here ..from mindanao....❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much!
The biggest threat to that type of house built are termites.
Looking good in the making now
I alwys wait your new vlog❤
That shape is a bungalow house ❤ if it's concrete but what you said earlier it's a Bahay Kubo, a big Bahay Kubo and you need bamboos and nipa hut but I see you are using a metal roof so that's not a Kubo it's a house😊
Yes you can also used the scraps
Make it half body concrete
I really recommend t o take just videos once in a while and do voice over.🙂
Dear lord. You bought cocowood. You need A LOT of Solignum. A massive amount.
I'll follow this channel. Just because you are a brave youngster from. Scotland? And I expect you to make a few mistakes. Like with the plywood and cocowood. Termites love that stuff. Not that I wish you misfortune. But I just have to watch.
Me nephew, from Northern Ireland. 🙂👍

Wow ❤
It’s busy day today for Ann and Dillon. Have a great day.
Thanks for the well wishes!
