    Sounds all hype until you realize in the industry the lead cost and chargebacks

      If it’s a good price and plan for the client hopefully you won’t get a chargeback. I could see this happening more often when an agent is trying to sell the highest premium for their own benefit and not the client.
      Leads do cost, but a lot of people are starting local, neighbors and door knocking ( free) and again if the plan is right follow up and ask for a referral.
      Most agents sell the dream and rarely talk about the nightmares leading up, getting their footing, finding a niche, getting used to being told no as the norm. What makes it work are the margins.

      @@angelot6825 I agree also think Medicare is a bette option for new agents I feel bad since I’m joining late but the demand is higher and some platforms gives free inbound leads

    Can someone help me w the math? $37M divided by 400 employees. How much is each person making?
    Is it $92K?

      no, they work on a free lead system but the commission isn't the best so the company middle man you, it's a good training ground though.
