  • In this video I show you how within the same day of flowering the dragon fruit flower begins wilting. Update 6.1 in this series showed a beautiful open flower in the morning of the same day in which this video 6.2 was taken.
    Hopefully, the flower was pollinated!

Mine flowers look exactly like yours. You will need another variety to cross pollinate in order to set fruit. Hand pollinate the stigma.

Thanks for watching and commenting! It has been about 1 week since I attempted to hand pollinate the Flowers using their own stamen and it looks like about 60% of my flowers have set fruit.

I had 1 flower on mine and it wilted and fell off. No fruit!

I understand your pain! This series of videos I posted about this one flower resulted the same as yours. However, a couple weeks later my 2 dragon fruit plants busted out about 20 new buds and right now I have about 8 open flowers. I am hand pollinating them in the hopes I get some fruit this time. I will keep you posted.

Here is a video I made a few days ago showing how I am attempting to hand-pollinate mine. Hope this helps! I will post a video again if many of my flowers set fruit.
