@unchartedflorida
Your fishing is amazing, you caught big fish.
I loved the video.👍🎣🥰
CONGRATULATIONS you are a very successful fisherman.
Hug!!!
Thank you Suellen for the nice words!! Especially means a lot coming from someone so successful like you!! 😀
"Ride this wave, keep reeling"... very good advice.
Thank you!! We’ve lost a few pulling them hard through the troughs, using the wave action seems to help a bit.
Glad to see a dad out with his son fishing in this day of techno poop
Thank you PGF!!
I genuinely find these videos very relaxing to watch! I love seeing that father and son dynamic at work! I hope you have many more fun fishing days..
Thank you for the nice words! We really enjoy the family time, making memories and bringing everyone with us on the journey.

Great video,is always great watching a father and son or daughter enjoy fishing. I don't want to be that guy but that was a Palometa and not a Permit. Look forward to seeing more videos. Good luck and tight lines.
Shane, thanks for the nice words and for the fish ID on what I thought was a juvenile permit, you are 100% correct on Palometa. Any info on edibility, regulations, etc? We couldn't find much on this species.
@@unchartedflorida I'm in NC but I don't know anything about Florida regulations. As far as eating one I've always been told they taste like a pompano.
@@shane3662 no size limit on them in fl
caught my first pompano last weekend at 15 1/2 and ate it that sunday and wow it was sooooo good. Now im hooked on catching more pompono for eating..
Congratulations Javier on the 15 1/2 pompano!!! That’s a big first catch! I agree on how good they are to eat, one of my top favorites!! Thanks for watching!
I like fishing ❤
Thanks for watching!

I'love Florida
I'm from sudan 🇸🇩🇺🇸

Great video!
Thank you!!
Great video! Subbed!
Thank you JKC!!
Palometas are very good eating, they don’t grow much and are not regulated down here in Florida 🤙🏼🎣 tight lines…
Great info, thank you! We’ll start keeping them!!
Coolest fish to catch on the beach imo 🤙🏽 4:33
Hi. I just subscribed. Where did you get your pink float rig. Can you tell me the name of the manufacturer and any packing material so I can correctly identify. I think the color mimics sand fleas. What area where you fishing as well?
Hi Jay, thanks for subscribing. The rig in that video was from a small bait shop in south Brevard county called Black Dogs. They also sell just the floats. We were fishing in south Brevard county FL area as well. After speaking with some of their commercial guys and learning some techniques for tying this rig, I made this video on the channel. Once you have everything setup you can make rigs real easy and cheaper than buying at the tackle store. Check it out on the channel or at this link: ruclips.net/video/iOv1G6TKN2I/видео.htmlfeature=shared
I live in Port Orange. Can't seem to get hits at all yet this year
Ron, this day we were fishing south of your area, in south Brevard County. As the temps fluctuate back to warm they may end up back in your area. Keep trying and let us know how you do. Side note, I am recently having the best action right after extreme high tide starts to drop all before 9am. Good luck out there!
Joey Anonelli (RUclipsr) has been slaying them in Melbourne area.
@@jackchn23 ohhh I know. I’ve seen his videos
Which part of Florida is this? What is the name of the place?
Thanks for watching, this is Space Coast
That fish is called a Palometa
Thank you, we learned that after filming this episode. From what I hear good to eat. We’ll remember that for next time! Thanks for watching!
ENJOYED the Video.may I ask the flavor Fish Gum?
Thank you, I’m having great luck with the “secret weapon” and “pomp candy” flavors. This video specifically is “secret weapon” flavor Fish Gum.
Where is this beach

Where are you fishing?
Hi Will, in this video we are fishing Melbourne Beach. Where do you normally fish?
Great video but only one complaint…I truly hope you stop pulling those fish on the beach because all your doing is removing their protective slime from their bodies and exposing them to infection, please educate your kids not to do this.
Have a blessed day
Thanks for watching and the nice words. Good thoughts on the skin on the sand for fish we aren’t keeping! Thanks for the suggestion!
Excelllent fishing , Not offense but in minute 4:23 is not a baby Permit at all, is a Palometta or long fin Pompano, they are the ugly cousin of the pompano they are good to eat but not as good as a pompano the upside is there is not minimum size limit but is good to . permit does not has stripes at anytime in their life.
Thank you for commenting, we later learned it was a Palometta and have kept a few now this season. I agree on the taste, they were real good! Really pretty with the long fins and stripes!!! 🐠🐠🐠
Great Video as Always MATE.! Hope to Achive My OZZY MATE Fishing Same as you Doing.. Love your Fishing ALWAYS..!!
Thank you Ozzy! I really appreciate it! I just subscribed to your channel as well, your videos are awesome!!! Keep up the great adventures!
