- Flaunters, try adding some of these amazing low-flow tricks to your pole routines. Figuring out what to do when I'm NOT in the air was the hardest, yet most important, part about learning to pole dance. Low flow transitions help your combos and tricks flow into each other.
Don't forget to check out the @FIT 2 FLAUNT app. We have a level 1 through 5 low flow section.

At the end you should do the dance all in one.
Yeah. I was watching the time run out and wondering how there would be time to run it through. Then I came to the realization that it wasn't going to happen. 😔
Shelly always come thru with the CA-YUTE moves!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🥰🥰🥰
Lol! Thank you Danielle.
Thank you for the moves. Your floor might be the shiniest floor I've ever seen.

That’s what gets me frustrated tbh because I try the moves (including beginner moves) and they’re not easy at all.

Do you have any courses????
Hello. Just one question... Do you have to have a lot of upper body strength to pole dance? I’m extremely weak and I was curious if I should consider working out my upper body for a while first😂.... TY
You will develop you strength while doing pole dance. And it will be an amazing experience to get stronger and better during your pole journey (talking from personal experience). Of course, you can also add upper body workouts for days you don't do pole, but maybe you will do like me and just do pole more often which will include strengthening exercises that you do on a pole. To learn pole, you would start with beginner classes in studios, and online you are already on an amazing channel to learn from beginners videos. If out of curiosity you try random RUclips searches for beginners movements, I would suggest to be careful since not all beginner advertised videos are actually for beginners. But FIT 2 FLAUNT is really spot on regarding the levels mentioned in the titles (And she is also a wonderful teacher in her videos, I love how she do slowly and precisely the movements and give clear explanations). Please don't waste any more time and start to pole dance 💖
@@sylvie359 Wow! Thank you for this advice. Out of all the pole videos i’ve binged, Fit2Flaunt seems to be the most thoroughly explained which makes it easier to follow. Ill definitely be downloading the app. Thanks again🤟
Sorry I am just seeing this. Absolutely not. When I first started pole I couldn't climb to save my life and I had no coordination. EVERY TIME you practice you will notice a difference and feel yourself getting mg stronger. The F2F app has a first timer section that will 100% guide you step by step.
@@FIT2FLAUNT thank you!!!
What are you wearing? 😍
Do you have any discounts at the moment??? 🥺
Hi girl. I'm sorry, we don't have discount codes available at the moment.
My mother watch this😑
Why do you have a pole in the middle of your kitchen! Do work were you eat
