Agree, in his essence, personal Diary from Steve at the time..the only change I would make is Judgement Day instead Look for the Truth and 2 AM on the LP..rest of the stuff is beutifull on the tragic way..

Soporté burlas, cargadas entre otras cosas. Ir a la escuela era un sacrificio tan grande que hasta llegue a tener intento de suicidio, todo un martirio. Canciones como The Unbeliever, Look For The Truth, Judgement Of Heaven, The Edge Of Darkness, 2am sentia que hablaban por mi y que no estaba solo. Gracias Iron Maiden, en especial a Steve y Blaze por tan maravilloso disco 10/10.
No se aprecio en el momento , porque no fue cantado por dickinson, pero los dos álbumes son una obra de arte, llenos de muchos temas épicos y que hoy por hoy son clásicos infaltables en la lista de maiden en vivo , en cuanto a blaze excelente cantante dejo su propio sello y pienso que steve harris no se equivoco cundo lo incorporo.. Dejo su aporte significativo para la doncella un estilo único , muy rico, oscuro y diferente a los otros dos cantantes anteriores.

I wish there were more people like you who see what new breath, life and depth that Blaze Bayley brought to Iron Maiden. I love The X Factor. It's one of my favourite Iron Maiden albums.

It still makes me sad that so many of their old fans seems to believe it is a shameful era.... I hope you have been following his solo career aswell.....

I had a conversation with someone a few days ago, and he said the Blaze albums sucked. Being a little older than he was, I reminded him when those albums came out, it was the 90's. The metal scene was dying and grunge was in, and singers with high operatic voices were out. Lower register was what was happening, and Blaze proved to be the right man at the right time for the job. I really liked Blaze's accoustic version of "Blood Brothers". The X Factor is in my top 10 Iron Maiden albums list.

Finally after 30 years of listening to Maiden and absolutely avoiding the Blaze era i now dare say that X Factor is an excellent album! A gem! And the Iron Maiden god’s are punishing me because I can’t find it on vinyl for a decent price anywhere 😢

This Janick Gears Solo are amazing! its a shame that the camera or the editor dont like to show him, but on the Video of the X Factour on Monster of Rock in Brasil you can watch better his solo but never saw it on youtube .. will see if i find it on my vhs

I'm a big fan but I'll admit he was indeed more flat in the 90s and in the last 10+ years he's improved greatly beyond that and is more powerful and not as flat. He's fun and energetic. Performs with the same intensity whether it's 40 people or 4,000 people
Eddies is he ever in tune? he always sounds like this. now hes a bum playing for 50 people in bars where if they knew he was playing they wouldnt of showed up.
