Thanks for your video. We just bought one too. However, after filling it up, when I press the trigger nothing comes out. I can see the mechanism moving but no spray! :-(. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Can I use a different floor cleaner in this vileda mop..also will this mop scratch my soft tiled floor ?
You can use whichever cleaner you fancy and it shoudln't scratch any floor as it is a soft mop, but you'd need to judge for yourself
