‘This is me. I’m learning this now. Just stopped doing this with my family as I have been giving them my energy for years with nothing in return. I’m finally done! It’s hard but I’m lookin forward to having my energy back and giving it to something more productive! Thank you!

    Very articulate and timely!
A few months back I ended a relationship with someone whom I had known about 4 years. I realized I always came away drained and angry. After her final manipulative episode, I confronted her, telling her she was an "Energetic Pick Pocket".
Her Answer: "If you don't want me stealing from your wallet don't leave it out!"

Absolutely...if you feel sick to your stomach...and in my case retching into a toilet bowl when in contact with anyone who is toxic. ..your intuition is screaming to pay attention...extreme case of no boundaries as this was family members. ..no more....boundaries in place. .only authentic love allowed in...toxicity out and barred from my energetic field...we all need to be more aware as we are becoming more re sensitised to anything that is not high vibrational...if not heeded we will become very sick...and I sense we've all been there...thank you beautiful brother...and my love and blessings to all my soul family here.. take care of self... xxxxx

Thank you Lee, it is really good to hear where my family are concerned. I have always been a people pleaser, and it is good to start saying no and walk away from certain people. I loved your wisdom and channelling with the Zzz's . Thank you 😊

Wow this came up suddenly on my feed and I had not seen it before! I have done a lot of personal work in this area and interestingly a few people whom I had set boundaries with have come back into my life. I have forgiven them for what occurred, mainly because I have seen that I allowed it and why. I think this came up so I could see, that forgiveness does not mean that I have to allow them access to my own energy again, that those boundaries need to be in place no matter what! Thank you! Spirit will remind us of what we have learned, that it applies still to slightly different circumstances and so gently and lovingly !🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

OMG! This all is so true. My karmic twin, who emotionally abused me so tremendously was the one who ended up teaching me how to have personal boundaries. I've always trusted everyone so niavely but this karmic twin showed me all my unhealed wounds and how my not having boundaries with others, brought these wounds to be.
    Thank you for this.

Love the advice -- you absolutely give language to feeling. I've never felt more relieved more or clear now about who I am. I am also more alert to abusive energy bodies -- it's amazing how much very hurt people will just use the fact that one is friendly or smiley to them as a stranger with no judgment. Such ppl have no mechanism to handle the openness or authenticity of an empath. So they'll label and box the empath into many "types" . Thank you Mr. Harris.

This is one of the best descriptions I've ever heard of boundary keeping. You are so right, learning these things the painful way will serve as a brilliant lesson and then onto cultivating these much needed boundaries. Since creating boundaries I've become so much more still, internally, my energy isn't so scattered. I feel rooted.
There will always be difficult people in the world... I wish they had taught this in school!

I lost my mother and father, and I have no siblings. I've been staying at the home I grew up in for a few months after my mother's death. I'm away from my husband and 2 sons right now. The aunts, uncles and cousins that live across the field from me have no interest in my company, and it hurts deeply. I feel invisible to them. I can't believe I've been here for 4 months, and not one of them has stopped by to see how I'm doing. Some days I'm okay with it, but other times I feel hurt and resentful. I have never ever done anything to them, but show them love. So, after mom died, I have been grieving the loss of family members that have no interest in me at all. I keep getting stuck in my pain. I'm tired of crying myself to sleep at night because they just left my life after losing my mother. They do things on my farm, but show me no compassion or love. I want to chain the gates so they can no longer intrude in on my boundaries. If anyone can offer any words of advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

You make a good case for having boundaries but don’t really impart ways to do it gracefully, in practical terms. I don’t mean to be harsh. I simply find it hard to set boundaries in the middle ground. I am either being warm hearted and open to the Max or it’s thinly disguised aggression
