Not really... Mourner is not a quick effect, she is a trigger effect, and based on SEGOC and the fact that the Tenpai player is the turn player, the effect mourner needs to be CL1 and Legatia is CL2... if he waits to CL1 Legatia, he cannot chain the mourner
@@cero9391Actually yea. In the TCG mourner is spell speed 1 here. But in Master Duel and OCG hand trigger eff are conciderer spell speed 2 and so could be CL1

@@alexstewart3755 Actualy no that is illegal. If you are turn player Mourner will always be chain link one and has to be the summon
