I filed to increase one disability from 30% to higher. C&P examiner, who was new for VA, gave a report making VA to reduce to 10%. I was very shocked. Currently, I have requested for a hearing, and getting more proofs and outside doctors evaluation. Some C&P reviewers can screw a Veteran very easily.
What do you do in the case where the exam wasn't really even done, where there was negligence? The NP walked in, asked "Do you have headaches?" "When did they start?" Then walked out and that was the exam. Then got "Less likely than not..."
had a bad psych exam via video and i think the contractor doctor was annoyed the minute i saw her on the screen. she asked questions for a while, constantly typing and then she told me to tell my story regarding events that were non combat stressors, I had 4 mainly the suicide of my friend with his own service revolver while on shift.. then boom she cut me off and said time is up that she would upload reports by the end of the day. I could not go in person because I have a Urostomy that is subject to leaking even a new appliance and I would need a bathroom to clean up, change clothes and install new wafer and pouch. They could no accommodate me so it was video. I called VBA and they said I could have another exam or just wait for a decision. My attorney friend (non va) said dont ask for new exam, since you complained about the first you never know what you will get next, just wait for decision.. still waiting. The QTC company keep sending me text to fill out a survey and I am not going to do that. I did fill out the survey for my hearing exam. that went great...still waiting. I am at day 140 on first time ever claim. CCK great videos
I went to Wills Barre Pa VA in 2017 and sat for 4 hours for s C&P exam but the idiot doctors failed to show up.for the appointment. I went for agent orange. VA denied me but gave me 70% for PTSD. I have been on CHEMO for 5 1/2 years now and for the rest of my life if I want to survive.
I had a c&p exam and they didn't take any measurements on my shoulders or my knees all she did was ask questions about my condition and felt the popping and grinding in my shoulders at least I didn't get a decrease in my shoulder that was service connected but I got a letter telling me I have to refile for the secondary in my other shoulder. Now I have to go to another c&p exam because my knee was deferred because she didn't take any measurements on it.
They should have touched the topic what happens if you go to a C & P exam and the VA forgets to give the doctor your military medical records and the doctor finds that your service connection started in the military and the VA says the doctors entitled to his opinion what do you think about that they pay the doctor and he's entitled to an opinion😣
I think I'm ready for my call... I read the summary and she didn't see my Nexus and didn't review my medical X-rays ... She's a kidney specialist and not an orthopedic. She's new and didn't even include her rationale and they had to tell her... They better stop playing with me lol
She had her mind made up before I got there bc all she asked was am I still seeking treatment and I said yes but on my DBQ she said I was fine and that it wasn't cause of my honorable medical discharge... So I'm confused 🤔

I have a question. Can my VA doctor directly view the details of my C&P exam?
I filed for my back and they denied me without a C&P... what the hell??
Me too, I had to appeal. and now its stuck in review
