How to fix HP Chromebook "Network not available" on startup 2023

- On the screen "network not available" select the option browse as a guest, on the browser press the following keys Ctrl, Alt, T and in the black screen type the following "autest" and Enter to update the chromebook to the latest version and then restart pressing the refresh key (the circle arrow key) and power at the same time.

How on earth was anyone supposed to follow that?
I have no idea what you did for most of that process.
Any chance of commentary to explain what you did and just as important why it was done?

Guys if you're getting that notif I just fixed it by connecting to wifi (even tho it says unable to connect) then go on as guest and power off then turn back on. U'll be connected automatically and it'll take u to setup. It did for me anyways

@@Khinetic123 I'm not sure if it works for everyone but it worked for me. I tried multi times having that stupid unable to connect to network issue tho I was connected. I finally just shut computer down while in guest mode while still connected to the wifi and restarted it back up and the issue was fixed, it went straight to setup
@@Khinetic123 so try what I tried. Connect to wifi (it'll still say unable to connect to network or whatever that msg is) go to guest mode, power it off while still connected to WiFi and then power it back on
