I freaking hate DoorDash so bad. 😭😭😭 got a 1 star review last night from either a customer who’s order I unassigned due to crumbl cookies being packed and the order was going to take 30 mins or it was the customer who thought I delivered their order to the wrong house because I had to deliver another order before theirs. People are stupid.
You better than me trader! I would have taken that school order right to the office and left it..took a picture and texted it to them in the app at LEFT!
University dorms and luxury high rises are the worst. Dorms because the kids never leave any instructions and they have so much security they won't let you in and they don't answer texts or calls.
They NEED this in my area because everything is long range in Northern side of Metro Detroit with our fast as heck roads and spread out zoning between commercial vs residential but i fear because of how they generally treat us here, everyone is so desperate, we wont ever or super rarely see this.
I took 2 fcuked up shop and pay orders that sent me sideways. Ruined my whole night. Waisted my time and gas. Put to much extra Mileage on my car. Drove all the way back on nothing. Got back in my area, and Uber then sends me another offer to take me right back to west bubba fcuk. No sir, I just turned the App off. Worse night by far. 3 hrs. $25.00 to many 🤬miles.🤬
I made 150 monday and 145 tues 1130-130 5pm-830pm Dirty stacking uber and dd. School orders hand to me go to door 1 front office park in bus lane. In and out faster than a robbery
I’ve just realized why I quit seeing those long orders. They might actually pay enough for me to do it now. So of course DD won’t offer them anymore. lol.
Yall really gotta stop broadcasting that this might be good for us. If they see us out here more content with the pay it’s gonna go back to the shareholders real quick.
@@stevewoodyt If more people take long distance orders more customers get their stuff faster and are happier... this could also be good for shareholders 👍
@@6SpeedDasher lol. You cannot report more profits every 90 days if you pay the people doing the work more money than before. You must lower the pay to increase profits. We are all allowed to dream though. Best of luck.
Have had this already in my market in Mississippi. It didn’t do anything special. I was still getting offers of $3 for 8 miles and stuff. Took a few just to see how the pay would apply and nothing added on.
If you don't have it on toggle on traffic for your maps, don't use integrated maps, always watch for redded out areas so you never get caught out. Google and i think Apple both have it but i know with Google at least you have to manually toggle it on in settings, and Doordash intigrated maps doesn't have it on by default and uses its own settings. That plus zooming way out will save you
As long as those 4 and 5 dollars ready when u get there and it’s only a mile I’ll take that all day cuz when I was using that I electric bike I made 30 dollars in an hour
I always send a message to both customers explaining I have a double order, and thank them for their patience on the matter.
I hate when peak pay is on because the market gets saturated with drivers.

Thanks for the shout out! I enjoy helping out!
Any time!

Schools and hospitals are the worst
Our hospital has a table for food delivery.

And they never tip.
Haven’t seen the distance peak pay yet

Yeah sometimes the map makes the distance look short. Then when you look at the miles it's 30mins lol😂 to and from.
@@pantherman8719 26 milesvto be exact.

Distance pay is a good idea, but it should just be built into the pay structure in my opinion...

7 for 12 meets my parameters so yes I’ll take it.

I got a $4.25 for 11.1 miles today 😂😂😂😂 couldn’t believe it
20-30 an hour doing food delivery, Bruh, you aint gotta lie 2 kick it
I would love it in my market. We get a lot of Stop & Shop orders and ALDI orders that are just a little over 5 miles.
All depends on the traffic. I took a 9 mile for 24$ and wish I didn’t. Traffic was so bad I was kicking myself in the💩 the whole time.
