- Guest host Demi Lovato and Justin Bieber talked about how they have similar stories, since both started in the music industry at a young age, and she expressed how she looked to Justin for inspiration during her recent relapse and recovery. He can helps a lot of people because these same people took him like an inspiration and a model to follow. I think you need to run towards the pain regardless. The more you run away from your pain, the worse the impact is one it all catches up to you. You can find happiness in God or whatever you believe in, but I think it’s also important to go through your process of dealing with trauma and other issues in order to confront fear, pain and other emotions. Everyone should face their pain.

You don't need to run towards pain. Just surrender. Accept it, don't fight it, just allow it to be there and feel it, because its coming up to be FELT and released from your system, and when you FEEL it, and allow it to be there, eventually it will subside and you will come out of it a little brighter, happier and more balanced. It might take ten times.... It might take a hundred. But the human spirit is incredibly resilient, and you will heal, just have the courage to feel what needs to be felt. 💜hope this helps anyone who is suffering today xx
