I love your personality. I could have easily listened to an hour long video hearing your thoughts & opinions on this topic. I love how careful & thoughtful you are, especially when mentioning taking your time, finding a responsible doctor & that you left a non judgemental space for people that do decide this was not the right choice for them... The early numbers of people that did change their minds were extremely skewed because of an outrageously high drop out rate in the people that participated in the follow ups or odd ways of following up such as only looking for patient mentions of ending treatment in the medical notes of the doctors they began their treatment with even though most patients either just stopped treatments or went to different doctors &, in those cases, it was assumed they just went to another clinic & continued treatment there... So, even though we don't have a good idea of the earlier numbers, it is accepted that the number of patients that change their mind has increased dramatically, to approximately thrity to forty percent. A terrible prospect when you consider how drastically testosterone affects female bodies... I don't know you so I have no reason to lie & I believe you look lovely. Your skin tone is lovely for sure. On the topic of small chested women, check out ballet dancers, lol, although I don't know your height & they tend to not be very tall... Ill certainly be checking out your other videos, seeing how I apparently have a insatiable appetite for information of all types, but I'd like to wish you the absolute best. I love seeing happy people.

Yeh I agree with the doing it alone. I did it alone got made homeless and lost my entire family. Ten years later I have the worst trust issues and letting anyone in now cos of it.
Thank you for your realistic outlook on transition. It's very easy early on in transition to have ideas of grandeur and think that all will come together in six months. I have battled with the financial part of transition like soo many others in transition do. Transition is a life long process and patience and baby steps are so critical.

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE - In my youth I wanted to become an endocrinologist, unfortunately I couldn't afford the schooling. In my opinion. If I may add one important thing that I believe often gets over looked by professionals, & in many instances from transgender males who are trying their best to pass as a female, they will diet, & attempt to lose a lot of weight. The point I'd like to stress is, in order to have the maximum affect of hormone treatment the body needs fat. The body cannot distribute fat properly if it doesn't have enough fat in the canvas to start making a difference. Keep in mind originally in a natural biology fat is converted into cholesterol, the cholesterol is then converted into testosterone, which is then converted into estrogen. In males the estradiol is converted primarily via aromatase, while the androstenedione is converted to estrone. It's also important to point out there are a number of other steroids that can excite the estrogen receptors without any aromatases taking place. An example of the need for fat is in the breast tissue, as muscle mass is loss it does not equate to it being converted into fat. If there isn't enough fat, or fat intake, then the hormone treatment will be less likely to show much affect if any. The same applies to a body shape or form, the fat is needed in order for the hips to form properly, as well as the thigh areas. The proper breast form will usually start within the first 31 days or so, by the second month the muscle in the chest areas especially near the top will start to lose mass, & breast shaping should start happening. A curving of the breast will be starting to develop, & starting a slight subtle round shape. Under the breast it may start to show to loss in muscle, this area will appear to have wrinkles, but it's a means for the body to start sending fat to the bottom of the breast tissue.

Nor the social construct of biological interactions. Like you stated in the video I also hold the same point of view in regards to children. There are far too many biological changes in puberty that are taking place, which also influences mental states, in which a life changing choice as a minor I do not believe is applicable to the vast majority of youths, in which are now heavily inundated as in overwhelmed especially when something becomes a fad or cool thing, many want to be politically correct, so they do especially in peers throw support, the fine balance between support & being a bully exists throughout ones life, but I do believe that a youth should at least go through puberty to experience the moment, & see if their mental state is self correcting. I am aware that many can recall being in opposite gender in their first years, some of the ages of 3 -5 or later. That I have no doubt, as ludicrous as it may seem, I remember my day of birth, & oddly I remember the faces of two nurses in the ward, more so than my mothers face. I think it was because the one nurse that was 20 years older to me seemed to be mean, while the younger nurse was smiling, kind, & I had a sense she wanted to be a mother. I didn't mean to get carried away in my reply, but I think it's important, that we need to be supportive, but also very careful. I find it difficult to accept that any social professional could determine a minor being in absolute need to make such drastic changes before they even started to live. I myself would support a better evaluation for those in their later teens, but not what many appear to be pushing. I recall historically there were many youths who wanted to join the Continental army at a young age, 9-12, & respected their parents wishes to wait until at least 16-17 before joining. There's a lot to be learned I believe from the past. Because ultimately it may be a life threatening situation one way or another. I think determining which is safer should be the path taken. btw thanks for the reply.

It's funny that you should mention Health Insurance.I recently was hospitalized with a heart condition,when I was released from the hospital I went to pickup my medications from a local Pharmacy and to my horror found that my medication for a one month supply was $ 1,800.00 dollars.So much for Insurance.And oh by the way you look fabulous.👄💅💋🧤👠💄

I would definitely agree with that. Specifically it is spironolactone that does it as libido is derived from testosterone. Ive heard from girls who do not do spirno as their libido stays the same.
What do you mean with age limit? No transition before the age of 18?, the age of 25?, the age of 40? Just because you can't predict if you want kids or not? Maybe I misunderstood you, but that sounds pretty dumb. As I see it there's never a point in life when you can be certain about that. And if your doctor was as good as you said, s/he should have recommended that you freeze your sperm
I want people to be aware of the changes that your body goes through. I put the age limit comment in the video as I believe anyone who is considering transition should look at all of the positives and the negatives before jumping to a decision. I chose not to freeze my sperm because of the high costs associated with long term storage and my willingness to adopt instead of bare my own kids.

Exactly, I had 2 purges and also had to go buy all new clothes when I threw out my guy clothes. Excellent point to bring up!

When u deny your feelings and get rid of all of the female makeup and clothes you have bought. Basically rejection of being feminine.

Never married. This transition is keeping me calm. Job wise in between. But, at least not yelled at. And full medical coverage .
Also have an awesome female GP doctor. And I'm on Spironolactone, Progesterone, Estradiol patches and injections.
That's good babe, with your HRT process you will probably see results pretty fast.

That is really fascinating. I was always skinny so I never had much fat redistribution! And my chest has developed at a snails pace, because of that.
