I love Billy Blanks, I’ve been working out with him for years and I still do til this day especially when Covid first started. Thank you Billy for serving God that’s why you are still around unlike others no disrespect to anyone. Also thank you Tamron for having him on the show. God Bless you all and definitely his son for working with the disabled 🙏🏾🙌🏾☦️💪🏽🏋️♂️

Wow the taebo master Billy Blanks 😯😯. I did me some Taebo when i was about 10. I think. That was my gym class assignment during middle school years.. Those were the good old days. Them workouts are very strenuous hurting my body but worth the challenge. Ill be 34 in two months.. I need to buy Taebo workout DVD so i can be physically fit. Workout is good for my mental health. Didnt know Billy Blanks Sr. is in late 60s😯😯. He still looks good though
Billy Blanks Taebo - the OG in fitness. Fun and effective. I am down 5 pounds in 3 weeks now. Clothes are looser so I know it is working, as always.

❤WOW!!! Forgot about this! I had the entire collection😂 Had my *favorite* workout CD from the collection & loaned it to a family member 20 yrs ago & never received it back! When I asked for it a few months later she said it was HERS & that she bought that with her videos. That's when I realized how big Tae Bo was😅

This is so crazy I came across this just now…I literally JUST finished the TaeBo 8-min workout!! I still do the old TaeBo workouts (because I have them memorized lol) and every now and then will pull up the newer ones. Crazyyy!

If there is anyone reading this post that can connect me with Billy and or Billy Jr. PLEASE HELP! I’m a trainer and certified health coach in Memphis TN that has worked with individual with disabilities for over 20 years. I’ve sponsored fitness events to include these individuals . I also take my children to volunteer at a center where we engage them 20 minutes of exercise and songs . I would love to collaborate to bring a greater event and awareness to the mid-south on behalf of the individuals I serve with disabilities.

Tamron talks too much, asks qs and doesnt let guests answer. She asked him if his son gets charisma from him & as he went to answer, she CUT HIM OFF into a break. Now what is that?
Yeah... that's my biggest complaint about her. She spends so much time building up to a question, the person barely gets time to answer it.
