Diablo 2 difficulty is really Nightmare
Your chat is the worst. That crafted amulet is mid level dueling gold (7 FRW, 5/6 dual leach, life and 20+ lit res..). And they let you run around without decent pierce, no synergies and 16 skillpoints unused. All the while yelling like a bunch of monkies.
yes that is the chats fault when Guzu is well known for ignoring helpful chatters and listen to the not so helpful ones.

You are failing to understand the chatter helping the streamer paradox. Is the chatter helpful or just a troll. And some of his chatters have trolled him while he played this game.
If it is one person saying it and no one else, it looks more like a troll. And his fan base is wow players. So vast majority of people have no clue just like Guzu.
Most of the actual help he has gotten is what you get from googling what gear for what class and what build. Because most of the players are clueless also.
Guzu never researches anything he does. This applies to any game he plays. Stop expecting chat to spoon feed a streamer information, rather expect a streamer too look up things.

The reason Emilio keeps kicking the bucket is because he trails behind you as you run, then you run past the mobs and turn around and Fire your Javalins at them making Emilio stop and fight putting him in the middle of danger. DON’T run past the mobs, stop before them and fight. Most will die before Emilio gets there.

It´s not Emilio who is ruining your wallet, it is yourself, man. 1. Emilio is not a Champions, Elite or Boss Killer right now. For some enemies he never will be. 2. You have to pump up his equipment. A Duriels Shell is a good beginning. Tal Rasha´s Mask, too. He needs much more life leech then 12% in Hell Mode. So, give him 7+% on the Weapon plus whatever Tal Rasha´s Mask gives. And then he cannot heal from Undead enemies! So you have to support him with Drinks running away, and using the Town Portal before he gets wrecked! 3:46:24 I see what you did there! YOU let him die! ;-) *An etheral Armor has 50% more defense then an unetheral Armor. With the Runeword Stone he can get more then 4000 defense in sum. And he will still die, because some Monsters are created to kill.

The amount of times he passed up potentially socketed polearms for Insight during this playthrough was crazy lol. It's smart to check everything if you dont know what is good and what isnt. Very fun to watch though!

Yes, just go get your BiS weapon. Hell is beatable without it, what he needed was NM farming for levels and bit of gear, 60 is really low for hell
