We're Eric & Allison and we're on a journey to find the most interesting places and unique foods this planet has to offer! We've traded in our steady paychecks and permanent home for a life of travel and adventure. Come along and see the world with us!
I owned a home in SF for 20 years. I know you are probably gone, but Pete's Camp RV is the best. Also always cross at east crossing.
Yup, Pete's Camp is amazing. I think there's also another RV camp right on the beach on the other side of the Malecon.
When you get blocked in your parking space, Honk and wave and smile. If you say nothing, it is assumed you are waiting and no problem.
Fun Fact About San Felipe's Boardwalk: It is featured in the very last scene of the first Fast and Furious movie. You can see Dominic Toretto driving alongside the boardwalk in an extra scene after the movie credits. So, San Felipe has been included in a Hollywood movie!
My 2 favorite vloggers! Y'all be careful down there in Mexico, stay safe!
You all make great videos, the music , the camera work. Thank you
Ah, good for you guys! My wife and I have been to all 32 states in Mexico, plus Belize and Guatemala. Always an adventure, but now it is time for the next generation. Please don't quit the trip, continue on!
Always to happy to see you guys post! ☺️
Safe Travels & Enjoy!! 🫂🫂
I don't know which one of you edits your videos but I really love what you are doing. the opening drone shot through the text WOW, I have to try that. You can also make cactus look artistic with those edits. You put a lot of time and effort into your work. Well done!
I remember Eric saying in one of their past videos that he does the editing. His editing skills are definitely topnotch.
@@jmb1819 I agree, many travel blogs just send it in. I really appreciate when time is take to put out a quality video like this one.
Wow... those cactus 🌵 were huge. Funny shirt 🤣🤣🤣 and enjoy The Wallflowers 🎼🎵🎶
Ruby looks so comfortable in those places.
I've been really enjoying this Baja Mexico series. Stay safe, you guys! Looking forward to the next vlog already!
😂Love the T shirt Alison. Aww the Doggies loved your Company 😊 safe travels Looking forward
To see where you Go .safe travels 🥰
I truly enjoy the RV travel content. I'm sad that it is coming to an end.
You really made some headway with your meals this trip! 🐮 😀
😂😂😂
Noice
"And half the time it's open. The other half it's closed. And that's how math works!" 3:40😂
Allison, You look beautiful in this episode, your hair, your outfits, all pulled together rather nicely. (Says this Grandma!)
Sure having a blast following you two across the globe. Stay safe, love you guys
Love this! Hope you guys spend a good amount of time traveling throughout Mexico!
Make sure you stop at the stop signs in Mexico. They love to pull you over for that and get a little cash.
Actually, when I was down there no local stops at the signs and I was told if I did it would put a spot light on me and they would pull me over. I never fully stopped and had no issues 👍
We've traveled to Mexico many times. Things have changed so much over the years. We don't go there anymore.
Thats what my grandfather has told me about USA.
@@vans2956your grandfather is smart 👍
Another great adventure. I spent several years spending half the year in southern Florida. Down there they call the flying ones Palmetto bugs, I think they may be a version of a cockroach. I've never seen them far away from salt water myself.
Funny how you are talking about being careful of all the stop signs RIGHT AS YOU BLOW THROUGH A STOP SIGN!😮
Always enjoy your videos. Entertaining.
I love the show. This place made me nervous. Very sketchy town.
2 things that were unique while driving the highways down there were, truckers will put on their signal to tell you its ok to pass them and if you see someone coming with their hazards, slow down because that means there is something on the road ahead (usually cows)
Wow! After seeing Baja it doesn't make me want to go there.
What a beautiful view from that RV park! That shower is something of nightmares but I appreciate you just go with it. I hear you Allison - my kids and I are also super fair and basically need to reapply sunscreen every 10 minutes to not get burned. I fear the sun.
OMG we love the shirt . Allison ot looks so good on you especially when you were both walking to the show and you were shaking your booty. lol very funny. You both make the best videos and we always look forward to watching them. Love you both. Safe travels. 👍❤️
Love the shirt!! Lol great vid! Will miss these when you two hang it up. We just got back to Missouri yesterday from ohio.
The drone shot in the intro through the San Felipe.... Niiiiiice
Thoroughly enjoyed this video as always guys 👍 Love the T-shirt Alison , it does resemble you though you look much better. The dogs are beautiful and I love that you turned the tap on for them, I for some reason always thought Mexico was a dangerous place but your video shows it’s not only safe but the people appear very nice ( I guess MSM lies to us ) Keep having fun and stay safe guys 👍 love and best wishes from Britain 👍❤️🇬🇧🇺🇸
Oh my goodness, I forgot about The Wallflowers!
Very fun and entertaining video 📹 😀. San Felipe looks interesting. See you on the next one adventurers 😊.
Excellent CD by the way. Love The Wallflowers.
I have no chill when it comes to cockroaches. lol I would have screamed and ran out of the shower so quick 😅
Wait. What. Cockroaches can fly 😮
My daughter Ruby is visiting for summer break and she LOVES the name of your vehicle ❤ we also had quite a few laughs with this episode 😂 ❤
As a lifelong Florida resident, I can assure you that cockroaches can fly! LOL
@@kennethwilliams7697 I've seen quite a few in my day myself and never a flying one! I'm not upset LOL
If you take your tire pressure to 15 psi. It will be much smoother.
When you do gas, before the guy starts pumping, always go out first & check that the gas pump screen says 0.00. Many gas stations rip off foreigners like this & charge them extra.
Mexico loves their speed bumps.
On 15D, the speed bumps (topes) are at the edge in and out of every town…and enterprising folks are happy to sell you produce and other fun things as long as you are needing to slow down! When you get checked for fruit between states, I have found that bananas are usually accepted.
WOW! great video and great music I love it thank you
Like your new T-shirt. I used have one like that and I received a lot of compliments!
you are brave mo fo's I can not imagine going to Mexico period!
Did Clementine's beach debut come with a 'Seas the day' attitude? First times are always special! Your quick reflexes saved the day. We love how you both embrace every part of the journey, from the mishaps to the magical moments. Those cacti sound incredible!
Please be careful and be aware. I have worked across the world against human trafficking. The cartels are all over specially near the Baja. Just keep your guard up.
12:50 - as a fellow "Eric" I would agree .... that shirt (viewed from behind) is approved!!
The street taco's look awesome!
Awesome video! Great job! Thank you!
I was in San Felipe over 30 years ago. WOW it has changed a lot since then. Much more touristy!! Lots more shopping! I live on the west coast (California). I never got used to the sun rising over water and setting over land
I’m just here to listen to Allison say “cabeza”. 😂😂😂 I love it!
Get used to washboard unpaved roads. Yes haggling is common in Central and S American countries.
nice T-Shirt
I love that you don't run away from the weather❤❤❤
Sure wish I was traveling with you guys!!!
I love your videos!! Welcoming us to Baja California threw me for a loop for a second.
I hope you visit Ranco El Camino on this trip. I’d really love to see you play the disc golf course there and talk about the great work the Paul McBeth Foundation is doing. It looks like a beautiful place.
Have fun!
you're brave. interesting to see places I've never been. : )
Love that Wallflowers album 😎
If You have a car with a manual transmission.... you should always Park in the First Gear! Parking Breaks a Only used on hilly areas 😉
That's totally normal in Europe!
Greetings from Germany
Thanks for the heads up! Yuk
Because of your video about eureka springs we stayed at Livingston junction caboose! We stayed in the same one you did! We also ate at the mud street cafe! Also found the thorn crown chapel! It was all thanks to your video we found eureka springs! Thanks for helping us find such a fun vacation spot!
When I was a kid we went to Mexico to camp for a week, at the end of the week when my dad tried to start the truck he couldn't, found out a rat had made a nest of our engine & chewed all the important wires, luckily my dad makes friends really easy & was able to get help fairly quickly but it wasn’t the best ending to our vacation
You guys are definitely funny. 😄 Keep up the great videos!
I miss my trips from California to Mexico and those showers were crazy but fun lol and the T-shirt!! Yes, you go girl
Flying cockroaches truly are the devil's spawn. We have them here in Hawaii and next to centipedes, yhey're the worst. I love the new shirt. It's very classy and it does look just like you! Hubba hubba. Thanks for a fun episode!.
Great job on the intro Eric!
Thanks for the nice video 😎👍🏻
Hey man your vlogs are unique man I like it ❤
I love your video posts.😍
We love Mexico, we go a couple of times a year in the van
Those giant cacti are amazing!
11:50 LOL, too funny!
I live in a border town and constantly travel to Mexico, man those speed bumps are crazy, huge avenue with 4-8 lanes and boom 💥 surprise speed bump 😱, drive a bit and boom 💥 open manhole 😱, definitely can't text and drive or GPS or anything, you gotta keep your eyes on the road 100%
If you want to impress us go to the beautiful beaches in Florida which are some of the best beaches in the world especially Siesta Beach😊
You look as though you're enjoying yourselves. Perhaps the next chapter is going on hold! I like the chilled-out RV parks. With a stick-shift, if you get in the habit of leaving it in gear, it holds the vehicle if you forget to use the parking brake or the cable fails.
Great video, y'all! I decided to take a drink every time y'all said 'y'all,' and let me tell ya, y'all, it was a fun challenge! By the end, I was like y'allshdnbdfk... hiccup! Keep up the awesome content, y'all! 🍻😂
Didn’t Eric say “Welcome to California” at the start of the video???
Baja California
She has my skin tone I can relate. Made for cloudy weather haha.
Always be careful when driving, like you said there are a bunch of TOPES they're called, the speed bumps. Sometimes there are signs & sometimes there aren't & what I find really messed-up is that most of the times when they do have signs, they're basically by the bump so is not much of a warning. But yes, they can ruin your car if you don't slow down & have you noticed, there's always a car-shop or vulcanizadora close by...so you can take your car there for repair. Also, always avoid driving at night. Most roads don't have any lighting so I never drive at night, it's dangerous & you wouldn't be able to see any topes or holes in the road & some holes are very bd & deep. Talking from experience...
I love the Wallflowers😊
Another *GREAT* adventure, and thanks for the 4K video! I remember growing up in southern New Mexico (a looooonnnng time ago) and sometimes seeing clouds of flying cockroaches. 😳😳😳
My favourite bloggers what a pair 👍
🙂❤👍Another Awesome Adventure Thank You Safe Travels you guys 🙂❤👍
Yall making me wanna travel in a rv
Thank you thank you thank you. Great video and not one you know what this time. 😀😀😀😀😀
You made it❤Hooray!!!❤❤❤
The 2 times I've been there I used Ioverlander to find free spots. It was interesting to see the RV parks. The prices definitely changed, I hear, with how nieve they think you are. If you come with a low price and don't budge typically you can get it, from what I hear 🤷 ... But for me, free is way better 👍
Who goes to Mexico in July, isn't that their off season maybe it's a tad cheaper for ya.
They went to Michigan in the snow earlier this year.
Seems a bit backwards to me,🤔🫠
Great video 👍🥰🌻🇨🇦
Don't forget that she is a redhead...
Wallflowers 🌻
The shirt from the back looks great (12:08)! The bugs are more than likely palmetto bugs or what we call around here water bugs. I know this video is from the past so I hope this note finds you guys in good shape with your RV.
Oh, oh. Here I am sitting in the southern mountains of Sweden, July 9, 2024, temperatures in the 50’s Fahrenheit. I’m originally from San Diego, California. I NEVER wonder if marrying my Swedish husband and living with him here in Sweden is worth it. I mean, 26 years of happy marriage proves lots. I DO sometimes wonder if I am insane living so very far away from authentic Mexican food!
Not to mention the village on the coast of Baja California, located approximately one hour away from San Diego, where they only served platters of fresh caught lobster!
Time for some good food also. 😊🌮
Happy you are both still alive❤😊
My Dad always said the face meat is the best on pigs too. He worked where they made lunch meat. And your hubby’s right you already look like the T shirt girl. Wish I did, sent it to me.
the shower wasn't half bad, I have seen lot worse during my childhood travelling through europe.
Really love the t-shirt.
I always leave my sazuki in gear and ebrake😊
It's that double insurance for me.
I'm waiting g for tou guys to take ruby's top off! So fun
We do beaches 7 am to 9 am or 7 pm to 8:30 pm.
