Green’s average is also deceptive, since Gem has only played in 1 MCC, and did very well for a newcomer. If they have good communication, as a team, I can definitely see them popping off. 🤠👍

I feel like the teams are less balanced than last mcc but some really great teams as far as entertainment and chemistry. Really looking forward to watching multiple povs from this one!

We are missing 3 of the top 5 players as opposed to 1 of the top 5 players. Normally Technoblade is missing, but this time Quig amd Fruitberries are too

I'd argue the opposite: in this MCC, all of the teams have a chance to pop off. Last time, Orange was almost guaranteed to make it to dodgebolt.

Honestly, they should change buildmart like they changed Parkour

Mefs, TapL and Krtzyy teaming together is insane. They are literally all top 10 players. I'm expecting them to win by a landslide of points lol.
I really wouldnt consider Mefs top 10, he hasnt played since MCC 13, and didnt place top 10 there. It definitely wont be a landslide, but they should definitely do well.
Mefs is 15th statistically, TapL is 12th i believe, and krtzyy is 10th
Just watch them get destroyed by bad SG RNG in the last game. No iron gear, only leather and a wood axe. And then another team gets like 14 kills and steals first and another second.

I've got a weird feeling Sam is going to be an incredible X-factor for Fuscia. Dream and George always play well together, and Dream seems to carry teams well. I wouldnt be surprised at all if they were in Dodgebolt against Sapnap (however I don't think that team is particularly OP in any way), playing for Dream's 5th coin

I’m curious how HBomb and Grian will work together from a gameplay perspective. I think they will get along exceptionally well, but I think Grian often plays on instinct, whereas I feel H often plays somewhat methodically, and I don’t know how that will end up working. I’m super excited for this team
I mean grian and hbomb already teamed before (mcc 15) and they meshed really well
I'm so excited for this event. I always watch Dream but a lot of the time he's split up from both George and Sapnap so whenever he gets put with them I have the most fun watching, especially since its Quackity and Sam with him as well. Expecting immaculate vibes this event and can't wait to see their halloween skins

I am Rooting for the Green Goblins. Grian, HBomb, GeminiTay, and Nihachu all seem like very positive people. Grian and Hbomb might be the strongest player. I think having Nihachu and Grian, Hbomb and GeminiTay are very good pairs and they will definitely be an entertaining team to watch. I would Like to see Grian pop-off again like last time and see a win for Gem by Hirmitcraft domination.

I would love to see both Green and Blue as the top two now that Grian and Pete have found that as much as MCC is a competition, you don't go anywhere if you just complain. Having fun and clear communication are the key to winning MCC as they proved with MCC 17.

Cyan reminds me a lot of MCC17 Yellow, though perhaps a bit weaker. I feel like if everyone places them low in their predictions (as they seem to have been doing), we might have a repeat of Ranboo and Wilbur's team of support players placing higher than expected.

i’m really hoping that green does well. i’ve been an avid hbomb supporter since mcc 6 or 7 when i started watching mcc. he’s such a insanely positive player and he deserves to be the first to get 5 wins. he always boosts morale and he makes sure his team is happy. lets go green goblins ! :D

i feel like sam will do really well in this event. ofcourse i have bias towards the team with dream in it, but i do believe sam is a good player and will do well. maybe we'll even get some good performances from quackity as well. these are all good teams honestly so im looking forward to seeing how it'll play out and how the game order could change up placements.

Same, both Quackity and George had their highest individual scores in a team with Dream and their first win was in a team with Dream. I also think that Sam will pop off, especially in Grid Runners since it's Minecraft mechanics which is Sam's strong point.

This is my favourite channel, and the only MCC channel I watch
Cyan will come third just because 3/4 of them have a 3rd place curse (much as I’d like to see them do well I’m not sure I actually believe this without a standout player in there, sadly)
I mean, ranboo's last game he was 9th, and he consistently does well (although if his team are good support players he pops off hard, which i believe wilbur and sparklez can be) (although... Sigh... His red rabbits run his whole team was choking)
sparklez has average of 2300 and he usually stays pretty close to it, sneegsnag dint do good last time prolly cuz his first event but that man practices like theres no tommorow and watches vods and stuff for strategies so if he can get a good second event scoring about atleast 2000 to 2200 and ranboo he just needs to do what he did last event and wilbur well if he can get around sparklez's average i think we can see them get to dodgebolt, i really love this team due to sparklez and wilbur i hope they get to dodgebolt and win
@@Coolistaken My concern with all that is that even if they got to dodge bolt through that logic, I don’t think they have what’s needed to take the win
Maybe that is how the curse would break. Just combine the team with the that one that have the same curse😅.
@@Terrakol no because captain's curse comes with a blessing ; whoever teamed with him statistically is more likely to win the next mcc after they teamed with him. So either their curses even out and they get into dodgebolt OR captain's curse the more experienced hex overpowers Wilbur's and ranboo's, in turn giving them the statical advantage they need to actually fuckin get into dodgebolt the next mcc LMAO

Dream, Awesamdude, Quackity, and George are gonna be so good. Their chemistry is insane and they know each other’s play style inside and out and can cover each other’s weaknesses.

He's in the event so he knows the teams, he recorded this ahead of time.
Since the players know the team list before we do, CPK is able to make his predictions before we know who’s in which team :)

I feel like a lot of violet are underrated. Joel and jimmy are pretty consistently good, and oli is often really invested in training and figuring out his weaknesses and strengths, even if it's jokingly

I did my own calculations, giving each player a best score and a worst score based on how well I think they will do considering their team, recent scores, average points, versatility etc. I took the average and added them up and got this.
1)Yellow (9.9k)
2)Orange (9.7k)
3)Blue (9.2k)
4)Aqua (9.1k)
5)Purple (8.7k)
6)Red (8.7k)
7)Pink (8.3k)
8)Cyan (8.2k)
9)Lime (8k)
10)Green (7.7k)
So basically I think 1-4 good chance for DB, 5-6 ok chance for DB, and 7-10 have a low chance for DB
