Hey all, thank you so much for all the positive feedback with this one. Absolutely loved making it and am so happy I was able to get it out on Halloween. If you want to support the channel further, check out the Patreon or at the very least, just share this video with anyone you think might like it or want to subscribe to my junk. Thank you
This is a new level of production value for you, Junko. The props, the editing, the voiceovers… this is the funniest and highest-effort Halloween special I’ve seen on RUclips this year. Great job.
Omg this captures a form of humor that has become so scarce in recent years. Idk how to describe it the ATHF-ish type. Extremely easy to miss random references with crackshot precision delivered with such DEAD PAN...that it's alarming. But it's the JOLT of actual originality that really sells it ...I don't know what I'm watching and that my friends is priceless....the gold of fools, comedy gold. Best RUclips Halloween special BAR NONE
One of my favorite games growing up. I still put it in and 100% it every now and then. Shame you didn't mention the music, it's such a fun spoopy jam, mixed with some classical tunes. It feels like they would play them on a Muppet show. Another cool thing is the gallery. Enemies usually drop energy when defeated, but if you die or restart the level, any previously defeated enemy will drop a coin. The more coins you collect, more of the gallery unlocks. This includes concept sketches, level designs, fan art, audio not found in the game, the animated cutscenes. But every now and then they unlock a special video which shows some of those hidden areas and how to get to them. An awesome bonus to help people who were stuck on collecting some things!
Yo! I'm glad you enjoyed it, that means there's at least 7 people on the planet that've played it now, and they all had a good time! Can tell you never used the gallery though... 🙃
God DAMN IT! I checked the gallery half way through my playthrough and thought it was just cute fanart. I had no clue they threw in that Grave Matters video 😭😭😭
Someone else actually played this! Growing up playing this with my brothers and my dad is one of my core memories. I always thought it was quite a popular game growing up but over the years I found that not many people actually knew it even existed. Recently bought a PS Vita and this was the first game I played after so long. Such a good video man. New subscriber earned!
In a time where it seems like a lot of people are losing their edge in these super creative game reviews, you hold the candle in the darkness. Amazing videos great production hilarious keep up the great work.
You really gave me an urge to replay this game, and I'm grateful for it. Kermit telling off Robin caught me off guard too holy shit. Also the music for the game is amazing. Especially the hub theme. Such a bop. :)
This is honestly one of the best RUclips videos I have seen in a LONG time, it gave me early RUclips vibes and that is a very very good thing. Just a total good time, you should be proud.
A new YungJunko video is always worth celebrating. But a new YungJunko video about a game I've never heard of coming out on Halloween night? That's somethin special.
That is one of the most impressive Kermit impressions I have heard. I don't know if you the one doing it or its evidence for AI to take our jerbs but 👏
This was insanely well made. What an intro, it's sad to make you aware of how little you are recommended in my feed though. I am glad to say that this one had done so, but I hadn't seen any of your videos for a few months now and this type of content is all I am really subbed too. So hopefully the algorithm plays in your favor in the future. I watch Kevduit and Javic and they make 'similar' content, but none of their content is as well produced and creative as yours, yet you get such little recognition. Keep doing what you so obviously love and enjoy doing, your creativity is greatly appreciated.
Wow, you captured the essence of the muppets quite well with your own touch of humor that still remained true to their original style … Atta Boy solid impressions also
“If you ever have to fight someone bigger then you” was hilarious and accurate I’m so tempted to donate a dollar. That’s how good this content is. I’m border line about to turn in notifications and I don’t have those on for anyone (hope that sounds as creepy as it’s not)
WAY too spooky! Another fun vid as always! Love being surprised by more! (Also, I hope I didn't miss an email and leave you hanging - I didn't see one - but the thumbnail looks fantastic regardless, so it seems like no loss! Positive Vibes!)
Other thoughts just because! -the effects in this are A+ -truly the muppets were ahead of their time with Muppets StC. Hahaha -another game I've never heard if, but yeah, those PSX Spyro vibes. Seems like a good thing though! -Lay thy socks to rest upone thine donkey konga drums and behold!
I believe if you replay/die in a stage after killing an enemy, and then kill that same enemy again, you get a coin from them. You can collect these coins to unlock items in the gallery on the main menu, and among those items are videos outright showing you where some of the game's secrets are. One of those videos showcases the Evil Energy pickup (which is what those gem-looking things are called) behind the fake window in Grave Matters. That's how they expect you to know it's there. Also, really good and entertaining review of a underappreciated game that I'm mad no-one's ever brought up in a video until now. Nice work! ❤
Thank you so much for bringing this game to my attention. I'm a massive fan of 3D platformers, and I've seen many obscure ones but have never heard about this one despite being a Muppets fan as well. I just recently subscribed to you because your content reminds me of the Thumb Wars movie me and my dad constantly quote as inside jokes.
This seems to be a genuine hidden gem. Something I might try and track down to play because it seems genuinely good. Disney should track down the source code for this one and get a remaster or do a remake out of it.
One of my childhood favorites. But you forgot a very important part of why this game is still awesome today, the soundtrack from Michael Giacchino. Now if you excuse me, I'm going to replay this gem.
Wait, Michael Giacchino? The same guy who did the soundtrack to Jurassic World, Spiderman: No Way Home, & THE INCREDIBLES did the music for this game?!?!?
Man, I *really* enjoyed the video. you manage to be pretty funny and I can see you really like the muppets. About the 100% and the last dang collectable, I totally experience the same back in the day. I also spend so many time looking for it. HOWEVER, the tip to find it is inside the game, there are collectables videos in the game, which you can access in the menu. one of those collectable videos, is one that show up where this star and how to collect it. So, tecnically, you can find it if you watch the videos.
Absolutely loved the props and filming! And the seamless weaving of so many quotes/references into the dialogue was fantastic. Keep up the great work! Also this game reminds me, on a surface level, of the Frogger game I had on PS1. Basically just because it starts a frog going through varied worlds lol.
This game turned out so well, the developer copy-pasted the engine for future licsened games, including Stuart Little 2 and that Treasue Planet PS! game you covered. They were even planning on using the engine to make a game based on the Jimmy Neutron movie, and considering the Jimmy Neutron movie game we GOT, I wish we got that one instead.
Now we know why Junko’s latest videos were of him reviewing all the Muppet movies, so that he can finally understand the physiology of the Sock Puppet so that he can transfer his consciousness into it and be reunited with the holy Wazoo Bar.
You are quickly becoming one of the top of retro-revival shows of having in-character schticks and skits: CV11, GrimBeard, etc. I can see you going far sonny. Sorry I never came back with the milk.. _or your copy of Jet Force Gemini I promised but instead blew the money on a LOOOOOTTA meth._ Anyhow: say hello to dear old mom for m-- oh. Shit. Wait.
Recently being playing this game on my original ps1 (23 years old 😅 *knock on wood*). Got stuck at 49% and luckily found out this game has cheat codes (!) Thank for your effort.
Kermit saying “God you Zoomers are bitchmade” into you saying “Robin blacks out like a BYU freshman after two Mike’s Hards” made me fucking lose it omg

This junk is incredible.
This is a new level of production value for you, Junko. The props, the editing, the voiceovers… this is the funniest and highest-effort Halloween special I’ve seen on RUclips this year. Great job.
You haven't watched much then goober
For real. This man needs more subscribers asap!

Kermit going off on his nephew was not something I knew I needed. Thank you junko
Hearing "bitch made" from Kermit was a life changing experience
The practical effects were phenomenal, this video was excellent as always Junko
Junko went all out with this one!
Dude the work ethic is insane, 3 videos in a row
I love this
The dude has been grinding hard on making these videos
mah boi always delivers

I haven’t laughed this hard in awhile! Thanks for making my Halloween that much better!

Kermit roasting his Nephew was brilliant.
Never stop what you're doing, you beautiful can of junk
Waka waka
Wow, I didn't expect to see you here!
Junko is too good at the kermit voice

Between this and Dangerous Hunt, I don’t think my mind will ever recover.
This is exactly the quality I needed for a muppets video! Amazing performance Junko!
I always like it when someone makes Kermit swear. His voice is just too good for angry profanity.
Dont burn yourself out man! These videos are straight fire! So happy I can finally sit down and watch these!
Babe wake up. New Yungjunko video
*FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS, I LAID DORMANT!!*
I’m up now thanks!
You really gave me an urge to replay this game, and I'm grateful for it. Kermit telling off Robin caught me off guard too holy shit.
Also the music for the game is amazing. Especially the hub theme. Such a bop. :)
That last star had the vibe of a schoolyard myth that would be passed around
Like Sonic in Melee
This channel is criminally underrated
This is honestly one of the best RUclips videos I have seen in a LONG time, it gave me early RUclips vibes and that is a very very good thing. Just a total good time, you should be proud.

4:06 Dude the whiplash I got from hearing that was insane. I’m so glad I found your channel, you’re super talented.
Consistently one of the best channels on youtube. Underrated as hell.
Alan Wake 2 ain't got shit on this!
Editing and production are on point. Glad to find your channel!
This does look genuinely fun. I watch so many classic PS1 game videos, I'm amazed this isn't more known. Good find.
May your subscriber count one day reflect your incredible production value 🙏
I grew up with this game. You were the perfect guy to review it. Never seen your channel before. Subbed.
I'm going to have to make Muppet half life.
omg the production value of the filmed segments!!! sweet as a Costco size bag of Halloween candy 🧡
That is one of the most impressive Kermit impressions I have heard. I don't know if you the one doing it or its evidence for AI to take our jerbs but 👏
This is one of the best YT videos I’ve seen in a while! So glad I found you!
I get so excited when you upload dude, thanks for the videos!❤❤
Same ❤️
This has to go down as one of Junko's finest. Truly great work on this video!
Really happy to see how this channel has grown, kudos dude
I see the similarities with CRASH BANDICOOT but wouldn’t have caught the treasure planet homage unless shown

This was the first videogame i ever played, i still go back and play it at least once a year as my personal depression treatment
Junko, the writing on this episode was so damn good. You have me interested in things I otherwise would not look at twice.
“If you ever have to fight someone bigger then you” was hilarious and accurate

Okay, the Kermit lines got me dying. Thanks for that, new sub for you :>
This sounds like such a good platformer game to study for 3D platforming designing.
Peak in every way. “Bear it. Waka Waka,” was delivered perfectly ❤❤
i laughed a lot watching this. Glad you got it out on time. Love it
it is insane to see you growing so much, fuckin LOVE your videos.

Muppets Storm the Capitol is the only good Muppet Project post-Disney purchase
My dad helped on this game way back when. Grew up playing this glad it’s finally getting some attention
That intro has "I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream" vibes.
I assume thats the rest
Yeah, it's just as weird & unhinged!
Ive been searching for this game for so long, one of my favs as a kid
Man this video was great! Your stuff is really well made. You need more subs
Okay I subbed. That pork on rice bit was too good
Your skits and impressions are gunna carry you, 100k end of this year go!
If Junko is struck down now he will become more powerful than we can possibly imagine.
Wow I am very pleased with the Arkham Asylum joke in this. You’ve made an Arkham obsessed fan literally LOL.
You had me legitimately laughing with the fake Kermit dialogue as they're walking up to the castle. Well done
1:49 The line, “For I am simply… IN THE NUDE” was delivered perfectly
Yessssss dude, I love your voice acting, skits, and subject matter.
It’s funny how Muppets filtered through the PS1 lense just ends up looking like Spyro the dragon?
Legitimately was creeped out by this game as a kid.
I guess it was the usual low draw distance + fog of the PS1.
Idk. Just the ambience, I guess.
Fuck this is funny, I think this is my favorite video you’ve made so far
These intro skits get better and better
Loved the Muppets games that came out in the late 90's-early 2000's
you put insane effort into this wow!
What an awesome video, I really gotta play this game now lol
the fact that dr honeydew's model fits so well in half life was so jarring
This video is an absolute tour-de-force. Bravo!
Watching this in the morning with some nice Wilkin's Coffee.

My faith in the living force paid off. My favorite channel dropped a halloween episode!
Such a sick video, amazing work here Junko
Now we know why Junko’s latest videos were of him reviewing all the Muppet movies, so that he can finally understand the physiology of the Sock Puppet so that he can transfer his consciousness into it and be reunited with the holy Wazoo Bar.
Oh, so Muppet's Haunted Mansion ISN'T the only form of Muppet media that features a Halloween-like scenario!
Happy Halloween YungJunko!
Great production, Bruv.
Junko you are the best! That's it, that's the comment 🤣❤
You are quickly becoming one of the top of retro-revival shows of having in-character schticks and skits: CV11, GrimBeard, etc. I can see you going far sonny.
Sorry I never came back with the milk.. _or your copy of Jet Force Gemini I promised but instead blew the money on a LOOOOOTTA meth._
Anyhow: say hello to dear old mom for m-- oh. Shit. Wait.
1:24 you ain’t slick R2
4:12 BRO DID NOT SAY THAT

WHOLE CHANNEL GOLD FKN STAMPPPP💀
Amazing video, subscribed. So good.
2:47 THAT EDIT OH MY GOD💀
Love the intro can’t wait to watch the review
This game was my childhood! I’d love to 100% it sometime
YUNG JUNKOOOOOOOOOO!!!
thank you for the upload.
The statler and Waldorf joke is great
Recently being playing this game on my original ps1 (23 years old 😅 *knock on wood*).
Got stuck at 49% and luckily found out this game has cheat codes (!)
Thank for your effort.
Kermit saying “God you Zoomers are bitchmade” into you saying “Robin blacks out like a BYU freshman after two Mike’s Hards” made me fucking lose it omg
Sweet vid once again Junko
