This is nice to know and stumble to your video. About standing seam roofing in the Philippines. I'm hoping this type of roofing will be more available once I started to build my future house sometime in a few years. Key advantages of this type of roof is the installation and the hidden clips and locking screws. Plus this type of roof can be use exterior walls too. Very much appreciate it for this video.

I thought based on the article I've read is this roofing is cheaper and easy to install as it's only like a pvc wood panel, . I'm doing research kasi gusto Kong magpa Palit NG roof sa bahay. Well thanks sa tips. Good job
@@wilfoxreal8641 it depends parin po sir sa coating ng material. Naka wrinkle paint finish po kasi itong metal sheets kaya mas mahal. May ibang cheaper options naman po na standing seam like ordinary prepainted and wider effective width. And also may available din na snaplock-on system hindi na need ng machine or special tools yun yung mas cheaper option.
Very, very interesting! Kung may sapat naman na budget, why not go for it!

Hi I just saw/watched ur video on ur standing seam roofing, regarding to ur post I have over 15 years experienced installing mostly on Federal/State Government projects but as for homeowners only a few can afford those roofing materials I 1st introduced it back in 2013 I sent it to my father in Batac to n use it to build an extra garage/Ilocos Norte, from Hawaii . I'd like to know r u a distributor/salesperson, contractor n where r u located at, do u have all the necessary materials to like drip edge,flashing, z-bar,clips, tek screws also for roller seamer, tapes n other specialty tools cuz if u have it i would like to come to ur office/warehouse or shop n I'll b retiring 1-2 years more n would b building 3 houses. I prefer using those roofing materials cuz their easy to work on as long as u have years of experience n simple tricks supplies that I mentioned . I saw a few discrepancy on ur video (I'm not judging on the way it's been installed, but u must have an experience person to show it to other craftsman, don't get me wrong I to made mistake n we had to take n get certified to install that type of material which was necessary). We do have a portable machine that we come to the homeowners house n do it on site , if u can send me ur address I'd like to visit ur shops, office, warehouse n meet u, there's only a few discrepancy/disadvantages on metal roofing even on standing seam. Please send me ur address in Philippines.I've been in the construction industry 40+years n still going ( that's the Filipino in me same as my father 😊)with different trades from site work ,infrastructure, building roads,underground utilities electrical, fiber optics, main water/sewer line,installing septic tanks n leach fields, building custom homes but primarily most of the projects is Federal and local Government agencies which requires very sensitive secret clearance n background checks from 10 to 40 year's.Thank u for posting ur video 👍👍👍

@@luc3rdborn marami po company dito sa Pinas na gumagawa ng standing seam. Pero sa project na to gumamit kami ng Flexseam Prepainted Wrinkled finished product of Metalink.
