How to Get Lords of the Fallen's NEW Quest Weapon - The Gilded Bucket

Lords of the Fallen came out with a new patch today, and similarly to the Pumpkin Patch adding in a new secret quest item, The Way of The Bucket adds in its own item.
Included in the devs' patch notes for v.1.1.348 was the following riddle:
When time came to do or die, they emerged from their throes,
With meagre improvisations, spreading such desperate blows.
Should you as well seek meaning in these humble souls' disguise,
Don makeshift twin attire and find the one that lies.
Salute, attest and once more show honour to their semblance,
And you’ll amass the sincere gifts of one held in remembrance.
Yet hoard not without measure, show mutual regard,
For greed amongst the downtrodden is seen as truly marred.
With a bit of persistence and help from the following users on the Lords of the Fallen subreddit and discord servers, we were able to complete the quest after a few hours of dedicated work. So special thanks goes out to the following:

devil angel14 - For discovering Prides in miniboss arenas, namely the Abbey.
Umbral (umbralanima) - For finding relevant minboss location Info
Sans (Solaris-1, Exo Prime#1998) - For compiling Information throughout the event
Alex (cyberdropkicks) - For narrowing down the relevant gestures
Chikin (Chikin#1650) - For finding the Gilded Bucket's Location
The new Gilded Bucket fist weapon is kind of interesting because it seems to scale on all stats, so maybe it's a good choice for umbral enjoyers, but it only scales on Strength and Agility, so I'm not sure how viable it's going to be in the long run.
Anyway, in order to get the bucket for yourself, you need to do the following:
Find the New Gesture & NPC at Pilgrim's Ascent
Find 12 different Pride of the Bucketlords, and turn them in after collecting 4 at a time, otherwise the NPC will become hostile.

For info: If you failed his quest after collect 5 bucket, you just need to dimiss it from inventory, after that you can fight with bosses 1vs1 without bucketlord invasion.

thought about using both buckets then the ring that makes posion bleed you will be pretty much building every single status effect
i did the first part, then followed your steps for the next four, but when i went back to him i somehow had five buckets... literally no clue where the fifth one came from and now i gotta restart!

How? It has a special AOE wooden attack at +10 and it has 45 passive in Smite Fire and Ice, imagine buffing yourself with the overpowered adyr scream powerups, you'd be messing everything up with the right setup

these buckets are unironically overpowered with a status setup
Bucket weapon has 3 status effects on it. Meaning... It might turn out to be BIS for a statuses build. 45 is not much, but might work as on offhand.

Thanks, figured out a little bit of the start on my own then gave up, glad I did though, havent finished the game yet so can't even complete it and I am not a ng+ person so like the pumpkin head things its kinda pointless for me.

It's "above" the Dining Hall in Bramis Castle.
I did the gestures with broken bucket equipped, but the guy still says "..." what could be the issue? Quest doesn't start...
Might be dumb but gonna see how viable they are in NG++

That new room (Final Riddle section); the door remains closed to me and cannot be opened. I turned all 12 items in, 4 at a time, he told me to seek gold in the flames and now I'm here but door won't open. Have rested, have restarted too. Thoughts?
I was able to get it and I'll explain how in case it helps anyone else out. I'm positive I'd handed in the last 4 "Pride of the Bucketlords" to bucket dude and then he'd said "seek gold amidst flames' so I should be done with him. But the door was still closed. Eventually, I went back to bucket dude (and fwiw I equipped all the bucket gear; the fist weapon, the shoes, the helmet) and spoke with him again. First try, got "..." second try, he appeared to take my Pride of the Bucketlords quest items again. I can't be positive but I don't think I saw them any more in my inventory after handing in the last 4 the first time. He told me again to "seek gold amidst flames' just like before. But this time the door was open and I collected the Golden Bucket.

The item near the crimson rector didn't spawn for me. Any advice?
Have you started the quest properly? Did you pick up more than 4 without turning them in? Did you kill him yourself or did Damarose do it?
Same for me, i thinking damarose did it.

@@LastProtagonist it was the 2nd one I went to. Other are still obtainable but I can't finish the quest. I didn't kill percival so maybe that caused an issue?

You can still get to him from the Hamlet Vestige.
Go to Fitzroy Gorge from there but keep left.
I failed it on purpose this playthrough and have fought that weird S.O.B. every time... and still whooped the bosses behind, right along with kicking his butt too...every single stupid " your not my brother in bucketry" time!!!!

You and I are enemies, i do hope that you enjoy getting your buckets stumped in fifty times a game. I guarantee it that the bucket dude is on some or all states Registry of those one kind of convicted predators.

I followers the steps thouroughly, i got the bucket shoes and gilded bucket... But he didn't give me the bucket helm...

I even reloaded the game thinking the bucket helm would be on the ground near him, but nope!

Are you sure you got all 12 prides? Doublecheck Scourged Sister Delyth (#1) and Crimson Rector Percival (#2).
If you didn't kill Percival yourself, it may be GG for your current run.
