I've just fitted a 900 cca battery and a 2.2kw WAI Starter motor to my maxus. The old Starter was so slow and only 2.0kw. Now at - 5 in the morning the Starter turns so fast and starts van instantly!!!!!!!
Another starting problem could be- if you’ve had a little nudge on the front bumper and it’s pushed your inter cooler pipe from your EGR valve against your alternator and after some months of rubbing it wear’s a hole in your pipe that lets in too much air and it’s hard to start also accompanies black smoke from exhaust and loss of power, when part replaced starts on the button again
That would of been a hard to find issue, these vans are relatively simple mechanical and electrical but it's hard to find starting issues as could be many. Thanks for watching and keep your eyes peeled for more maxus videos.

Hi, the bases are two drivers side original, seats are out a 2004 bmw 525i you'll need some heavy-duty angle iorn for the outer edge but not to bad a job. Thanks for the interest 👍💬
