GET THE H&Y EVO FILTERS HERE - bit.ly/46yCOip
NOTE: The prices I discuss in the video are the current early-bird pricing.

Thanks for this video. Excellent information. Couple questions to answers I have not able to find. Whats the thickness of the regular ND filter (not VND) for this system? And whats the thickness of the adapter ring? Also does it appear that glass is a bit wider than the lens itself?

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the BEST. Magnetic and threads - easy

I use KFConcept filters, do they suck?
I kind of like them, but i have no reference to compare it to.
I have a Variable ND 8-2000, some MCUV and a polarizer filter

I have a lot of K&F products, and have been happy with them. H&Y is a more highly regarded filter company, and with the current pricing on these kits, they work out the same price, or maybe even cheaper, than K&F.

Is it still possible to attach a lenshood when using these filters?

Thanks for the information on the filters Mark. Is the color cast only on the variable filter only.
Am considering the photo set is there a color cast on the regular ND's as well?
    Thanks 👍

I don’t have the fixed ND’s to test, but I would see if you can find some reviews of H&Y’s other fixed ND’s, as I suspect it will be the same glass and technology. As a rule, fixed ND filters have less color issues than variable ND.

I have a Tamron 20-70 zoom lense which would be the correct size for video? what size? thanks in advance.

I have not been able to find a Tamron 20-70 in a quick search. Look up the specs on the lens and look at filter size, that's the filter size you need.

I think they have a definitive date on this one, and are already making them. At least that's what I have been told.

I agree, some of these, take for ever to arrive.

@@markwiemels Getting extra rings for your other lenses is ALWAYS hard for these types of systems. eg: all my cine lenses are the same filter size.
