cause it was removed first than reinstated after farther investigation.

to cover somthing up, the first sub 1 average was canceled. The second one counted
The first sub 1 time from Yiheng got reinstated, so it now counts again.
@@edk1124 Uhm, WCA regulation 11e doesnt say so, You must not do the solve before an extra, so Yiheng got an easier extra cuz of it
You do realize the situation is a lot more complicated
Apparently he did ask for an extra solve, but was still told to do the first solve first
because a delegate was not available to immediately sign for an extra solve.
