Today we are guests at the Museumbuurtspoorweg. Our train is pulled by the Belgian locomotive Magda, built in 1925 by SA des Ateliers de Construction de la Meuse in Sclessin-Liège. This machine has been restored by the MBS and painted in the colors of the NCS, the Nederlandsche Centraal Spoorwegmaatschappij. This company painted all its locomotives in this striking color, but none of these have survived. So special to see this unique locomotive drive!
The train is driven by two NS colleagues. Thanks to them, and of course to all the other employees of the MBS who made this film possible.

In deze film beleef je Nederland zoals dat alleen bij Cabview Heritage kan! We zijn vandaag te gast bij de Museumbuurtspoorweg. Onze trein wordt getrokken door de Belgische loc Magda, in 1925 gebouwd door SA des Ateliers de Construction de la Meuse in Sclessin-Liège. Deze machine is door de MBS gerestaureerd en geschilderd in de kleuren van de NCS, de Nederlandsche Centraal Spoorwegmaatschappij. Deze maatschappij schilderde al haar locs in deze opvallende kleur, maar hier is er geen enkele van bewaard gebleven. Bijzonder dus om deze unieke loc te zien rijden!
De trein wordt bestuurd door twee NS-collega's. Dank aan hen, en uiteraard alle andere medewerkers van de MBS die deze film mogelijk maakten.

This is what I've always loved about The Netherlands: The towering mountains, the glacial icecaps, the astonishing wildlife, and the incredibly fast trains! How you can stand in the cab and not be dizzy from the speed is beyond me!

Ik woon sinds 1952 buiten Nederland. Wat een plezier om het mooie Hollandse landschap hier weer te zien, rustig aan met dit boemeltreintje. Beetje heimwee mag er bij, maar ja, het is zonnig zomer weer en het regent niet. Heel mooi gedaan, de twee locomotieven zien er keurig verzorgd uit. Bedankt voor deze prachtige video.

Inderdaad heel erg mooie museumlijn. We hebben die rit heen en terug gemaakt op 20 september 2020. Midden in de corona -ijd, toen het even kon. Was gewoon een heerlijk uitje. En genieten uiteraard. Een aanrader!
Ik ben hier als kind vaak geweest. Ik woon zelf in de plaats Goor, dus dat is zo heel ver bij Haaksbergen vandaan

Great start of the new 2023 year series of Cabview Holland Dutch Railway volume of videos, esteemed Señor Cabview. I think this is my 7th or 8th year. I have watched you grow from a daily, carefree and, at times, careless young conductor pup to the mature and now, twice-weekly, presenter that you've become... a Senior Señor top dude, aged, arthritic, creaky bones and all. I'd wipe the nostagic tear from my eye, but I have a powdered donut in one hand, coffee in the other and, in my usually hidden human-ET hybrid 3rd appendage, I am typing this. De MBS heeft daar in Haaksbergen een aardig arsenaal aan materieel en materialen op geslagen. Ziet er zo te zien picobello uit.
In de zomer daar maar eens gaan gluren bij de buren plakken we er meteen een vakantie aan vast. Als je daar toch bent ook ff musea bekijken inclusief museum lijn.
