    The system is great and very helpful but he is sugar coating and romanticizing it in an extravagant way, I would love it if he was more straightforward

    I'm 3 minutes in and I'm already thinking that all talks should be given with this guys broken voice. It sounds so much better. nohomo tho

    Gray is a charlatan. He isn’t a real strength coach. He’s just a physical therapist with the CSCS certification. He has spent NO real time in the trenches of athletics. It is disrespectful to real strength coaches for him to put on a show like this.
    No real strength coach uses the FMS. We all laugh at how dumb it is. We have the eye ourselves to see how people move. Gray is just a good salesman.
