Never think of winning your first hackathon. You'll be disappointed. Try to experience it. You'll get to know a lot better. Choose any technology you love. The most common ones are web development, app development and machine learning.

Hi Developing a software for dubbing of videos from English to other Indian regional languages. Ham ispra kasa work kare shakte plzz bata sakte he smart Indian hackathon
You might have to extract audio from video, convert speech to text using ai models, convert the text to regional languages, then convert the result into speech using any of ai voices, then synchronise the dub with the video. I'm not sure though. Check with chatgpt.

You can participate even if you know basic coding. You can take help from google/chatgpt. But don't simply copy paste code. Try to learn what each line does.

It depends on the type of hackathon bro. For web dev, you need to know html, css, js & any db (firebase for starters), for app dev, you need to know java/kotlin for android, swift for ios, or react native/flutter for cross platform. Python for ai/machine learning etc
