Honestly it's fucked up they cut this out of the agency update just to put it on next gen so that people wouldn't be bored for the first 24 hours. But let's be honest this isn't enough content to justify it
Nothing is enough to justify the bullshit of this “next gen” piece of shit, your character gets deleted from last gen when you move to next gen so you can’t play with people on the old Xbox and even then if you migrated from Xbox to pc and wanted to migrate to enhanced you aren’t able to.

Didn't they do the same thing with the lowriders update back in 2016? That update did not make it to 360 and ps3 gen in order to force people to migrate to one and ps4 I think I remember.

Quick tip: If your friend brings in a cheap car and you buy it, you'll get a free hsw upgrade for the first time you do so (not the free voucher displayed in the video)
Basically you can upgrade any of the 10 vehicles for free saving you up to 1.9M which is insane :)

Let's just call HSW customization for what it is, a joke. You get a inch lower for suspension, some tuner upgrades that SHOULD'VE been on the tuner cars in the first place and a couple of wings and liveries, that to me..is a joke. What they should've done is added all of this to the ps4 virson of gta online and then gone from there for the ps5 virsion. Honestly, this is the GTAV virsion of the "definitive edition" all over again.
Not to mention the Tuners are still nerfed. A joke: GTA 5 slightly enhanced with gimmick cars.

Its Still a big Difference. Look at the Bravado. LSM Build which is the best you can find when you can not get Hao Special Workshop. I have one full bar for quickness and almost full bar for speed. Nothing else I can do to the car. Has best of everything from LSM. Nothing compared to the Hao Special Works that has a double bar for quickness and it almost a full double bar. I am on a PC so I can not get the Hao Special Works according to what all the comments complaining say. I am not to happy about it. Now I feel like I have to race against a legal cheat.

Being as sickeningly greedy as Rockstar is, it makes literally zero sense why they didn’t make this for last gen also. So many more people have last gen compared to next. Rockstar logic never ceases to amaze me.

Cause ps4 wouldn’t be able to handle this update. All the cars are too fast for the ps4s hard drive to keep up with while maintaining 30fps.

Really pisses me off. A whole DLC of cars slower and useless; can't drift. Then they drop this gimmick on us to try to run after this RE-RE-RE-Release of a tired ass game.

Yes I has motorcycle and bike 4 wheel with lgt plus truck sandle lx sw off road with lgt too it very INSANE.. bike with lgt help you to lil slow down before you go to curb turn left or right during drift as smoothly.. it ain't even kill myself when I crash to some npc driviers.

I know this is two years old, but I’m hoping that somebody will be able to answer my question. I have logged into GTA five online many times inside of public and invite only servers and I have never received a call from hao even though I am on a next gen console and own a membership for the LS car meet. How do I get the call from him because I have purchased multiple HSW upgradable vehicles and I’m looking to upgrade one of them. I’m so confused and no video covers this!

@@kahlil2classy798 since there not available in stores here they are arround 700 euro's to a 1000 for the disc versions online sales lot of them are scams too. In store if they get a small supply they are the normal 400 /500 euro

you dont have to do nothing... just enter the car meet and leave but you only get the call and HSW upgrades if your on next gen like ps5 xbox x not including PC

Well the HSW upgrade is no longer available in my game and some new vehicles are missing. I don't think they removed all this content from the game.

i have played for 40 hours and i still didnt get it is there something i need to do before it?
What I’m trying to figure out is if you can take a banshee to hao, upgrade it, and then make it a 900r without losing the HSW upgrades. I have no money to do this but if someone can see if they can do that, and have it work, please let me know. Taking the 900R to hao straightaway does not allow for his upgrades, so someone needs to HSW the regular banshee then 900R it at Benny’s
I tried it, and it doesn’t work. It just reverts your performance mods back to stock
