my first time ice fishing was on Lake Erie around 10 yrs ago, my buddy talked me into going, it was his first time as well. We went out with a few guys, they drilled us 2 holes and we set a tent up. Within 45 seconds my buddy had a 32 inch hog laying on the ice, I was blown away, later on that day I caught a 31 inch EYE...I have been hooked on ice fishing from that day on, living in OHIO makes it a little tough, I have to travel north early and late ice, thanks for doing your show Clayton, gets me fired up, waiting......

Congrats on the Walleye!!! I was looking back at some of your old video's earlier this week, and I couldn't believe that your "RUclips is now my JOB??" video is over 2 YEARS old. I remember watching that when it first came out! It's crazy to think how far you've come since then. Back then you only had like 10k subscribers, and now you're getting close to 100k!!!

That is a sweet setup! I cant wait until they come out with a live unit that is the size of my standard ice transducer with some internal self stabilizing gimbal and is as light as my helix 7 unit so i can hole hop alllll day long haha! Wishful thinking! 🤗

Not easy but definitely available I got my PB out of the St. Lawrence (34" 14.3lbs) last season after filling my box with some choice frostbite lures! I love CSO I never miss an upload

What do you store your longer ice rods in while traveling so they don't break I'm having troubles finding rod bags or boxes long enought for the true grit and mister big and even my pan stick is longer than my bag from Cabela's

That's a large walter, the lakes around here are not known for fish that big, but there is a chance there is a few big freaks in there somewhere. Wonder if it would fit up through a 6" hole in the ice, cause that's the biggest auger I have? 😁

Great content Clayton. Luv your videos. It has to be VERY frustrating at times with all that technology sometimes maybe to the point that you would need a crew? WOW. EXPENSIVE TOO. Thanx and keep those videos coming.
The technology sometimes is too much to deal with 100% Most of if I do so its more exciting for the viewer, BUT I also love technology myself. A crew would be nice, but I enjoy the challenge of doing it all myself. To me the fishing is the easy part and capturing the moment on video is the hard part :)
