This video isn't about strictly Hlaf-Life but about a mod called the same as the video title wich i highly recommend playing after beating half-life 2 and it's episodes (The mod is free) . This "cinematic" was actually made for Pyrocynical's video about Entropy Zero wich i too higly recommend watching, it is about 4 or so hours long but it's worth the time. Anyways If you want to watch some lore videos about Half-Life a good RUclipsr for that is Skyrionn. Tho i would recommend playing the games before watching any lore videos. But if you still would want to watch one of the lore videos the best one for the start would be "The Combined Timeline | COMPLETE Half-Life & Portal Story & Lore".
